Horrific, worst company to deal with and horrible quality. House is falling apart after only two years and they will not take responsibilities for their mistakes. We have to replace the flooring in our house after only two years of living here. They cut corners everywhere, crocked walls, flooding backyard, destroyed driveway, crocked window. Absolutely unbelievable.

This was probably one of the most poorly finished houses I've ever seen. Poor carpet installation, visible seams everywhere. I have a least 10 areas of the house where the drywall has separated at the joints. The patios have started to peel up, and the textured ceiling is starting to crack. I have made numerous attempts to resolve these issues with Westbow, they have failed to contact me to finish any items on the deficiencie list. There were many Emails, promising fixes, but they all fell through. I would recommend purchasing a house from a different developer. Seriously...

We purchased a new home recently and are very happy with it. The architectural design was the main reason we were drawn to it. Apart from some minor settling issues, we haven't experienced any problems with the home. They have assured us that after 11 months they will address all concerns. We would recommend a Westbow home to anyone!

Westbow has been really pleasant to deal with in the purchase of our new home. My wife and I were expecting a baby right around the purchase and so they even managed to expedite the completion & move in date so we could be in our home for the arrival of our baby. That was huge! We dealt with Colleen for all our interior finishes and coordination and she was super kind and friendly. Some of the finishes used in our home appear to be on the cheaper side, but any deficiencies that have come up, Westbow has taken care of.

I bought a Westbow home in March 2018, and have had very minimal issues for a brand new home. Recently I had an issue with the hot water tank that was installed as it was leaking very slowly. Worked with the Westbow customer experience team (Grant, specifically) to have this issue resolved. I learned that this particular issue was to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty rather than the home warranty as it wasn't structural in nature. Despite that though, Grant was still super helpful, caring, compassionate, and supportive in helping me get this issue resolved. He came out himself to inspect the hot water tank, and provided me with the next actions and who to contact, etc. All free of charge. Thanks again for the help, Grant!

Have tried to reach out to Westbow Company now for two days regarding a project. No replies through email or even call backs from company main phone line. Does anyone work here? Quite bad service.. UPD I was eventually reach by the company and they had apologized. Even though the project did not go through, nice of them to follow up

Worst experience ever consistent lies and the overturn of customer care reps lead to one mistake and many many items being neglected Items that were supposed to be installed didn’t and when I try to address them over the last year one customer rep after another came and told me different stories a sliding class door project that could take up for a $15,000 to replace they’ve now trying to bully me into settling for $1200 although they’ve offered me more in the past they say this is all they’ll give me now and if I don’t settle that’s all I’ll get then they give me a timeline that is unrealistic simply put feeling bullied by the bigger kid on the block first time home experience has been nothing but a headache, The realtor that they use has been an instigator and a means of miss information leading to some of these issues

Accommodates our requests and calls back for follow up if service was done well. The home design is elegant and of class and the materials they used for building are expensive/satisfactory. I could not be happier with my new home. I love the fact that all homes in my neighbourhood have a unique exterior, and that the interior layout has been thoughtfully planned. I had intended to build my own next home, but from the moment I viewed this house, I knew I couldn't have improved upon the design - it has everything I wanted, and more. High quality finishes throughout meant that the home was quite literally move-in ready. Quality spaces both inside and out, and situated in such a beautiful location, surrounded by forest and mountains. Simply delighted!

I purchased a new home in Cascade Falls from Westbow in February of 2021. I’d never purchased a home and had no idea what to expect on a new build. From the moment I met Craig, the representative who did our walk through, I knew we were in good hands. He enthusiastically helped me find minor deficiencies (that I may not have have spotted) and assured me that if anything came up, he’d be available ASAP. He’s delivered on that promise and has made the process seamless. I’ve dealt with two other Westbow reps now (David and Nick, I think) and they were great too. Buying was a crazy process and I didn’t know what to expect at move in, but the guys at the field level within Westbow have been top notch. I highly recommend Westbow.

Bought our Home from Westbow in the Elk Creek Estates project in Chilliwack. Love the house and have a great experience dealing with Westbow. We have had a few small issues as with most new builds and they are quick to have their team come check it out and rectify the issue in short order. I bought my townhouse from Westbow Construction in Warman. I love the spacious floor plan all the windows that create brightness in my new townhouse. I have a nice view from my deck that doesn't give you a boxed in feeling. It is a quiet area with nice walking paths.

Do not buy a house built by Westbow Construction. I will chalk it up as the worst decision I have ever made. Yikes! I know. Seems harsh. But it was a complete disaster from day one and it wasn't that way for just me and my family. It was the same, if not worse, for everyone in our complex. It was 3 years of hell. From the poor quality build to the incompetent project managers and trades and an ownership group that doesn't care, it was a joke! I honestly don't know how they can even still build in Saskatoon and Warman. Money talks I guess! Thankfully, we finally sold our home in Warman and moved back to Saskatoon. We lost a ton of money but it was a blessing to put that behind us. As a homeowner, just do your due diligence but don't just scratch the surface. Dig deep and you will be surprised at what you find. It's the biggest decision of your life. Learn from our mistakes!

What a positive experience! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful with everything and the house we bought was on time and lovely. Top quality construction, interior fixtures and perfect for any family. The staff have all been so nice to us whenever we have interacted with them and we can see them working so hard all day and on weekends just to hit the dates promised to the buyers. I highly recommend buying from Westbow!

Bought home in the ELk creek area. Poor craftsmanship, poor quality. Roof installed incorrectly from the beginning like many many of our neighbours. In general homes look beautiful from the outside but a far from beautifully made. Would never recommend a westbow build to anyone. Westbow give your head a shake, if you pay your contractors better you would get better contractors and not just the cheapest bid..... Response to “the owner” because I cannot counter your response... the roof was properly installed from day one. NOT my problem and I did not submit a claim at all to home warranty. A roof should last at least 15 years. Westbow is great at deflecting problems on to someone else.

My wife and I recently moved in our new townhome by Westbow construction and really love it. Before the purchase, I did extensive research and compared different builders for price and value, and we knew we made the right decision. But we did not fully realize that until we actually moved in. We had lots of questions and doubts in the beginning, because we have not heard about Westbow construction before. After moving in, we both agree that Westbow built great homes with affordable price that exceeded costumer expectation. First of all, our experience and interaction with their sales team was great. From day 1 we walked into the show home, until we moved in, they consistently interact with costumer in an honest and professional manner. Based on our previous home purchases, having a trustworthy sales rep was important and could save you a lot of trouble. This was exactly our experience with the Westbow sales team. The interior structure was very well designed. The stone fire place, the high ceiling and large tall windows perfectly suits the great view in that area. Very nice to have a pantry and a den adjacent to the open concept kitchen. The master bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and a sliding glass door walk out to a balcony. The site supervisor walked us through and explained everything patiently until his costumer satisfied. We hardly find any issues...obviously the workers are skillful and dedicated. There were some nice surprises to name a few: the appliances were top quality. The landscape of front and back yard was beautiful...windows were all covered with blinds ready for you to move in...thanks to Westbow construction.

The vinyl siding on our 1 year old house is bubbling and a bump as formed higher up. I notified Westbow Customer support and they told me it is not their responsibility, I must deal with the contractor. After emailing the contractor several times and getting no response, I contacted Westbow customer support again, hoping they might actually care about an INSTALLATION issue. The reply - we are busy..... Unbevievable. My warning to all Westbow respective buyers - beware ... they do not stand behind their homes.

These guys dropped an excavator bucket on my boyfriends parked car. Yes you read that right. It was parked on the side of the road and they were driving a forklift down the hill with an excavator bucket not chained onto the forklift and dropped it on his car. If that wasn’t bad enough we had to remind the guy that dropped it to come clean up the broken glass. We still continue to see these guys driving the forklift with rebar not secured when there’s kids everywhere in our area. One of the workers said the forklift doesn’t even have insurance to be on the road after we tried getting the license plate for our insurance claim??? My boyfriend lost 3,000+$ on his car because this company obviously doesn’t work safely. The owner refused to speak to my boyfriend after we tried calling countless times. So surprised how unprofessional a company can be.
