Transformations Landscaping has been providing Echo Beach Resort with a full compliment of professional landscaping maintenance services for the past two years. They have also undertaken additional one-off projects for our condominium complex. The TL team of Aga, Ben and Hannah provide exceptional lawn, tree and garden maintenance, following a predetermined four season program of fertilizing, mulching, weeding and tree trimming and pruning. We couldn’t be happier with Transformations Landscaping management and staff who are always quick to respond to requests in a timely fashion and deliver exemplary service.

Fantastic company. We've used them twice now for a couple of small garden projects my husband was unable to complete because of bad knees. They arrived on time, extremely courteous crew, even improved my husband's design slightly. Brett and Bailey were awesome. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the overall appearance of the finished beds. They cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely be using them again. I wish I could give more than 5 ????, they certainly deserve it!

We hired Transformations Landscaping to do some weeding in our backyard in advance of our daughter's wedding. The crew member showed up on time and worked hard all morning in tough conditions (lots of mosquitoes). She worked efficiently, not only weeding, but trimming bushes. She went over and above, well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have used Transformations Landscaping at our current location. I was pleased with how they worked with us to make this project tie in with the look of the rest of the yard. Even though the project was delayed a few months,the final results were worth the wait! The construction workers/landscapers were polite and left the work site tidy at the end of the day.

Transformations do a great job even with only Matt and Teague doing all the work. Occasionally they have a third to help with the weeding but if either one gets hit with Covid 19 we will need more volunteers to help with our yard work. Congrats to Matt and Teague who work themselves to the bone to finish our complex.

Jeff's Company did our driveway extension with the paving stones to match the existing driveway strips, they also did an extended pad at the end of the driveway. The crew doing the work were industrious fellows who stayed with the task completing the job in a very short time, even with some issues with the machine excavator they got the job done well inside the estimated time. The site was left totally clean and was ready for use right away. The result of this work has made for a much cleaner driveway and a considerable improvement in the exterior appearance. thanks Jeff and crew!

I was suppose to have an interview to work for transformations landscaping. We had the zoom conference confirmed and date set but when that time came they did not show up for the interview. I waited for 20 minutes and even contacted them but I received no reply. I understanding that things get busy with landscaping company's but it has been 10 days since the interview was suppose to occur and have received nothing from them, not even a simple apology email. Extremely unprofessional

Beware when dealing with this company. Their lack of communication is astounding. The first issue we ran into was that I booked time off work to let his landscapers in. I understand delays happen, but I got an email 20 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be there telling me they weren't coming. If they told me the day before, then I could have changed my schedule. And they didn't call. They sent an email. The second issue, and this is the biggest issue, is that they didn't quote the job properly. We could not have been clearer as to the scope of work we wanted. We had pegs in the backyard to show this. I also sent an email with a picture of the backyard talking about the scope. The foreman came to our house the day before they were supposed to come, only to tell us that we were quoted for a third of the scope of work. The next day, we were offered no apology or anything. We were just informed that our $3,500 job is now $9,000. Rather than realizing the goof was on their end and trying to come down in price since they made the error, they assumed I would be okay with such a jump. Needless to say I fired them. I have no more trust for them to even come onto my property. Now, because of all the run-around, and having to get new landscapers, my deck is being done in September instead of July, therefore I cannot enjoy it during Summer like I had wanted. I do not recommend them unless you really want to double check everything with them and okay with their lack of good communication. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I would like to commend an employee of Transformation's by the name of BRETT who I found to be an excellent worker, always on time or early and an excellent eye for doing the job in the way it was meant to be done. Brett would not move forward in the overall work to be done until he was satisfied that what work that was just finished was finished to his satisfaction as it was meant to be. As the working day drew near Brett was always neat and tidy and always cleaning up after himself. I was certainly more than satisfied with the workmanship and degree of Professionalism executed by this young man. I would certainly have no hesitation to recommend Brett to go forward with any job that he felt capable of doing and also I feel very comfortable of having Brett back to complete any further work required on my property.
