They were so helpful in coming out to assess the size of our narrow side yard for accessing our property. We needed a 12x8 Shed. I looked into getting a kit from big box store, getting it built, checking local pre-fab shed kits, including buying a Sea Container. After talking to several builders, renovators, handymen for 2 months, talking to city regarding permits, I stumbled upon MiniBuilt Structures website. I emailed an inquiry and within a day got a detailed reply from John Kreider. I was so glad to having found Minibuiltsheds. It was the most economical option and the shed they deliverved is absolutely amazing. They are so easy and amazing to deal with. John is definitely the star of the show. He is super responsive and guides you with right advice and options. Never tried to upsell anything. From the day I sent inquiry to the shed being delivered and placed with crane, it was done in about a week. From start of project to after install, any phone call or email is responded in detail and in timely manner. On top of that there were few add-ons that I got done and within same time. I got upgraded metal roof, storage shelves, and also got the yard prepped with levelled gravel. MiniBuilt Structures John and his crew were very professional, reasonable and fast. John and his crew showed up on time everytime and were focused and quick. The young guys who prepped the site for shed to the crane operator, everyone sis a fantastic job. Honestly the mini shed is so beautiful that I wanted to convert it into a living space. Beautiful double door makes moving large items in and out with ease and window allows natural light into the shed. The shed is beautiful and very well built. Save yourself hours, days of research and headache, just get in touch with MiniBuilt Structures to get the best value for your money. They have so many options for sheds, upgrades and how to place it in your back yard. It's one stop shop for everything you may need to do to get a dream shed in your backyard. Recently had a shed build and delivered by this company. The shed was built exactly has promised, and was delivered and placed on our gravel pad without any issues at all. In fact, watching them deliver the shed and move it using their "mule" was fascinating. They were able to match the paint to the exterior of my home, and they have many customization options. I feel their prices are very fair and the product is of high quality. And the customer service was impeccable (Brandon in particular), they were really a pleasure to deal with. Sheldon, our delivery man, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to anybody looking for a custom-built shed.

We were doing an outdoor renovation and had looked at a number of the kit sheds but none of them were the size we wanted and they looked like simple, basic kits. A suggestion from a neighbour led us to MiniBuilt. We really liked what we saw on their website so got in touch with John and told him what we were looking for. Our communication back and forth was excellent and we got a clear and detailed quote for our 8'x14' shed. Ours was placed on a cement pad and John gave us the dimensions needed for the pad. When the shed arrived it was beautiful. Several neighbours could see it coming down the street so they came over to check out the shed and we all watched Brandon expertly manouever the shed down the driveway, around a cement footing, and a large pole. It fit the cement pad perfectly and once in place the shed looked all new and beautiful and we may have to spruce up the house now. We are very happy with our shed and would highly recommend MiniBuilt to anyone wanting a new shed. We got exactly what we wanted for a fair price and are happy with the excellent quality and workmanship of the construction.

We are delighted with our new garage. It was brought in at night as it is a wide load and the young men had to carefully manoeuvre it up a narrow driveway over boulders all without damaging the building. We are delighted with the outcome and have no problems recommending this company. John and the crew worked with us to come up with a building that meets our needs and looks great.

AWESOME PRODUCT, COMPANY AND STAFF! I had been wanting a shed for a long time and looked at all options from the big box stores packages, to building it myself, hiring a contractor or buying a metal seacan and then found Minibuilt Structures sales lot in Rosedale. They have a bunch of different types of buildings for customers to look at, they are unlocked so you can walk in and see how well built they are. I was impressed by the quality, they don't use 2x3's and low quality wood like the big box stores do, it's all made with quality products and very sturdy. I spent a good hour going from shed to shed and didn't find anything I didn't like. I then got a quote from a local lumber supplier, for a 10x20 shed, who quoted me over $5000 for just the wood, not including the floor, doors or shingles. I sent Minibuilt Structures an email, Brandon replied to me right away with a price list and I then figured that it wasn't even worth me building one myself. Brandon was great to deal with, I told him exactly what I wanted, I was able to remove some options from their packages and add some that I wanted, we agreed on a price and I ordered my shed. While it was getting built, I contacted Brandon a bunch of times and he was always available, very friendly and professional to deal with. Minibuilt Structures also offers site preparation but I decided to do that myself with tips from Brandon. Once my site was ready, I realized that I didn't really save any money doing it myself..... Before the promised date, Brandon called me saying the shed was ready! It was delivered the next day and looked great, it totally matched my house! It arrived on a fancy trailer that moves in all directions, it was quickly and carefully unloaded and rolled into place by a small forklift. I was again very impressed with Brandon's skills during this whole process as it was all done in a confined space. When it was dropped on the gravel pad that I had prepared, Brandon was super patient with me as I measured everything wanting the shed to be at a very specific spot. Dealing with Brandon/Minibuilt Structures has been a very pleasant experience, no stress, no pressure and great quality product. I totally recommend this local company. Thank you Brandon!

I purchased an 8x12 shed for my rental property in Mission, to match our house. It was a perfect addition to the property as it had very nice optional features and colours you could add to compliment it and the house together. The company was extremely service-oriented and John was always there at the other end of the phone when I called him during the entire process (which was many times)! He was always professional and helpful. The shed was built and delivered within 4 weeks and a week earlier than requested. It was delivered on time that morning as they said it would. They had the neatest trailer I have ever seen which had additional wheels underneath which lifted the entire trailer up it to maneuver the shed in very tight spaces at odd angles. The driver was very skilled and patient in placing it in our tight spot within an inch of it's base. We were extremely impressed as we watched him. All in all this shed is quality made! Engineered 7/8" Advantech osb subfloor and the roof osb has a foil backing on the interior side (not sure of it's exact function), as well as the listed building materials shown on their website. It is very roomy inside with tall walls (7' min I believe) and the high ceiling allowed tall items to be maneuvered inside due to the support structures being placed high above the wall plates. This was by far one of the best experiences I"ve had in dealing with a company that supplies a product made to order by the customer. Bravo to MiniBuilt Structures! I am so glad I did not hire someone to build it on site even though I had 2 quotes to do it. Their price was comparable to MiniBuilt's price but it did not have the quality materials...matching roof shingles, full size steel residential solid-core door, residential deadbolt and lever handset or paint. LOVE IT! Next time I need a shed this is the place I will go.

The service has been fantastic and the quality of the structure is great. Delivery was difficult, or so I thought but the use of a crane together with the company truck, saw it lifted over a 6 foot fence and dropped in place in exactly 8 minutes and 46 seconds. John was really helpful in setting up the deal on a pre built structure and Brandon who delivered it was really professional and friendly.
