I can't say enough good things about GEC. They took on a pretty intense commercial build for us and completed in record time. There are always difficulties in project of this magnitude and complexity, but GEC helped us negotiate everything to our final satisfaction. Everything from building permits, inspections, architects, subcontractors, even maintenance issues were explained and dealt with to our satisfaction. Big thanks to Gerry himself and all the very helpful staff that made it happen.
