We just had a home made from Delonix. Daryl and everyone at Delonix were very hands-on and very involved with the work. They were great to communicate with every single step of the way from buying the land to putting in the foundation to buying all the fixtures in the house and even after moving in. Daryl was also very mindful of not exceeding the budget that we had, which is great. Having options to acquire things ourselves was also great (like buying the sink that we love and the light fixtures). They might not be the cheapest in terms of price like other cookie cutter homes but compared to the quality workmanship, detailedness of work, and having be entirely custom built, they are the best.

A few months ago, when we decided to buy a house, we researched and contacted a few builders in Saskatoon. Daryl was the very first one who answered our inquiries. In just a few hours, we were able to set up a time to meet. The very fast response time made us feel valued as potential clients. We met at a showroom in Evergreen and we loved their work! Skip to a few weeks later and the build started. Daryl constantly communicated with us during every step and answered all our questions. My husband and I love the fact that Daryl listens to our suggestions and gives us advice on what he thinks will work and what will not. He was also keen on sticking to the budget we have set, and everything was just so transparent. We had moved in for 2 weeks now and our house is gorgeous. We have no complaints whatsoever.

After deciding to build a detached garage this spring I got several quotes. After meeting with Daryl, I decided to go with Delinox Homes. Daryl's company offered me everything that I was looking for. I am busy most of the time and did not have the time to be my own general contractor. As they state, Delonix homes offers a solution to this problem as Daryl takes full control of all his workers and sub contractors. Everyone that I met during the construction stage were polite, courteous, and accommodating. The quality of workmanship that went in to the construction of my garage is second to none. When they say they offer turn key service that is what you get. My overhead power lines were relocated underground, gas installed with furnace, insulated, drywalled taped mudded and painted. Every aspect of the build was done to perfection. My final invoice was not a surprise, it was exactly what I was quoted on the initial estimate. I cannot complain about anything. I could not be happier with the end results of my new garage / man cave. I would highly recommend Delonix Homes to anyone looking at a future construction project. If I ever need anything done again I will definitely give them a call. Thanks again Daryl to you and all your staff, I could not be happier with my new garage!!! Job very well done !!!

Delonix construction developed our basement in the summer of 2012. Daryl showed up on time every time right from the start. He give us a quote of how much the project was going to cost and how long it would take. We signed a contract up front and he started work on the project. The work that he did was very professional and the people he brought in as sub contractors were also very professional and knowledgeable. Daryl gave us a time line of 5 weeks to complete the project and he was in and out in 6 weeks which was very acceptable to us. The final bill was pretty much what he had quoted to us which we thought was very professional. Daryls knowledge of construction and the team of people that he surrounds himself with are very competent. We have recommended Delonix construction to many of our friends in the past and hope to hire them again in the future. We had a very pleasant experience with Delonix construction.
