It was a dream working with Crystal. She patiently showed us homes for over a year, as my wife and I were very particular in what we were looking for in our next home. We loved our previous home, and only wanted to move if a house had absolutely everything for which we were searching, and more. We were not easy on Crystal because of the amount of time that she had to dedicate to helping us find our dream home, but she patiently helped us through the process. When we found it, she effectively, quickly and professionally sold our former home, with it being on the market for less then 24 hours, above our asking price, which we were so grateful for. She was very patient and gracious with me as I dragged her to a many, many house showings. When we finally found our perfect house, she provided sound advice on making an offer and presented our offer beautifully to the sellers which in the end got us our home. We promptly listed our house and Crystal took the most wonderful pictures! She also used her 3D Matterport camera which attracted the out of town buyers that ended up buying our house for $30,000 more than local offers.
