I recently purchase a gas BBQ. I was impressed with selection and sales support. Mike (manager) spent over 40 min of his time helping compare and contrast different brands and model types. As an added bonus, the delivery service was free.

We had our backyard landscaped a couple of years ago and were fairly happy with it. Some of the patio stones now have cracks in them which is disappointing. We did speak with Creative Homescapes about it in March 2018 but they did not follow up. They also always claimed to be busy whenever we asked about the quote we requested in April 2018 for our front yard landscaping. Now it's September and I still can't get a response.

Fence done by this company not even a year ago and posts are twisting, caps cracking and gate is becoming non functional. We have called many times within the last few months and same response “we will send someone out” Still waiting. Even with a five year warranty because they were late installing it. Poor customer service and lack of customer respect.

We just purchased patio furniture from creative and all staff were extremely friendly and professional. It can be a daunting task of picking style and colours but it was a fun experience looking at swatches and taking our time deciding. The staff member that assisted us was great, he helped us decide and we can’t wait for our furniture to arrive! Ask for a gentlemen named Mike Myers! He was extremely patient and it he made our shopping experience fun today!

Going On 3 weeks with a failing pool pump that’s less then 2 seasons old. Most ridiculous excuses why it’s not under warranty. Very disappointed I thought they were a good outfit I was wrong. Will never do business with them again.

There is a woman who is usually there and she's nice and helpful, but most of the guys hardly move to help every time I go in, like I'm bothering them. And man is it expensive. Had a gift certificate and was looking for Adirondack chairs, finally found one for $180, nope it was the side table, the chairs were $360. Even a simple 8ft patio umbrella was $500. Maybe the quality is amazing, idk. The only thing that was reasonable was the pool chemicals, pretty much on par with the other pool places. Also their plants seemed fair priced and there's a pretty good selection.

Had beautifully designed brickwork completed in the Summer of 2016. Unfortunately, we have had some issues since then - simple fixes, and have been trying for the past year to get someone out to look at our problems. I have called, emailed and event sent pictures via email to the company several times each month since August of 2017 with promises that someone will return my call without success. I guess someone finally came out to the house this past Spring and replaced some brick work, but there was no follow up indicating this too us (and we still see the same issue as before). I was told that they just come out when they can - not necessarily when the homeowner is there to explain the issues. Our brickwork is beautiful, but the follow up issues and communication is horrible. We are getting more work done to our yard, but not through this company since customer service and follow up once they get your money is extremely poor.

Started to plan our dream backyard August of 2017. The design was great. All of our meetings were with the owner. The project was big and set to start April-may 2018. We had a few meetings in between August and February. Our last meeting was going over some of the details that had not been decided on yet. This was in February. When they left everything was great! We texted the owner over the next few weeks about stuff he was suppose to check on and never heard back. Then in March we get an EMAIL saying he can no longer fulfill the contract because of BS reasons that were made up. This is after we have him $20,000 dollars deposit in Sept 2017. So now we are left a month and half before the project was suppose to start starting from scratch. The owner is YES man that makes promises he can’t keep. He severely lacks professionalism and can’t have a face to face conversation with you... has to hide behind an email. I feel sorry for him actually. We did get our deposit back after we went to the place once and “it wasn’t ready”. Their BBB rating is horrible and after the fact I found out horror stories about them. It was probably a blessing in disguise though we found an awesome contractor that built us a dream backyard and it was cheaper! Stay far far away from this place and do your research before going there.

This company constructed a deck with improper foundation & footings causing it to be crooked & sink. There are several unresolved complaints registered against this company with the better business bureau, ours being one of them. Their BBB rating is only 1.7 out of 5. We would not recommend this company.

Terrible service. Did not finish job. Called up the owner sevral times and all we hear are empty promises. Overall the design was great, but the execution and attention to detail were terrible. Do yourself a favour and use another landscape contractor like Lakeshore Landscaping. I wish we had.

Extremely disappointed with this Company. They have not lived up to there promise to fix problems which resulted from there work. It has been two years and our new pool liner which they installed, has been patched up five times, does not fit the pool and is leaking a inch of water a day. The owners response is that our request for a new liner is unreasonable. That is only the tip of the iceberg with problems. When they say they will come to fix something they don't show and don't even bother to notify you. Do yourself a favour and hire a company that lives up to there word and cares about their workmanship. Creative has proven they don't care.

Ordered sod for my yard, but when I went to pick it up, they had given it to someone else. I wasn't impressed. They offered to give me my money back, but I said I don't want my money back, I need the sod. I had to Wait an additional week. At the time, there was shortage of sod everywhere. They charged $4 something for their sod while it was $6 and change at home Depot. It was frustrating. The next week they had my sod ready with an apology.

Terrible customer service. I submitted a request for a fiberglass pool, landscaping and concrete. A few days later I received a text message, that it would start at 60k...Obviously I requested somebody to come out and get the details of my plan. Approx 2 months went by, with nobody coming out to the house to assess the project. I proceeded to contact Creative, the girl who answered the phone apologized the lack of response. I was told that I would have a response the following day. Almost two weeks have gone by since that phone call, I have still heard nothing back!! One day, some day, when you're not busy, you might need customers, maybe we won't be here!

My wife and I were very impressed with their professionalism. There were no hidden costs. They were very upfront with how the project was going to develop and gave insight to all the important little things you need to consider. The workers were very courteous and polite. Every night I came home the areas of the property they did not work on was always clean and any materials were organized neatly. Keep in mind this project took six weeks to complete (which I would have expected several months with the amount of work that was required) The craftsmanship is second to none. If someone would like to verify this feel free to ask Randy to set up of visit. I have been showing off the backyard for months and wake up every morning looking at it sitting on my gorgeous deck. In fact we loved the work so much that I have additional work scheduled in the future. Randy and his team have made our backyard renovation experience insightful to all the possibilities and most importantly stress free with their transparency and ability to adapt to a customer's ever changing ideas / requests. Got a pool quote in September (usually quotes are good for the season). They pulled the COVID card, then the rank card, this clearly speaks to their customer service...really glad it happened before I got too involved. See email below from company after I said I called to speak to the manager. Obviously they are suggesting even if you get a quote prices will still go up. "I am second in command to the owner. I can have my operations manager call you if you like but the answer will not change. We are unfortunately dealing with so many unfair increases from our supplier and huge issues with getting any products in a reasonable amount of time. This information about how long quotes are good for right now are directly from the owner. I understand it may seem unfair but from our standpoint what are we supposed to do it we order you a pool this week and we don't get it until next January and they increase the cost on us 4 times between now and then. We cannot just take on those increases if we did we would lose money on every job we do. Again prior to Covid we honoured our prices for the entire year. In these times we just can't do it." UNBELIEVABLE

First time in my life ever posting a negative review of anything or anyone ... this is frustrating. You would not think something as simple as a pool open and clean was going to be a challenge. Never had a problem for 4 years of doing this. I don't know how but for some reason they insisted that they vacuumed and cleaned my pool. They claimed that the debris in the pool was from a few days of the cover being left open. A patently ridiculous claim, if your too busy to do the work right; then DON'T take the job! Dropping my robot vacuum in and leaving does not constitute a cleaning. If you can look at the pic s below and state you have cleaned the pool with your PLATINUM service and have been there 7 times your doing something wrong!!! Awful service and a horrible experience and the resolution of matters was unprofessional.
