Nice plants but customer service stinks. I'm mask exempt so can't go in to pay, no offer to bring out a debit machine or even have an outdoor till and being asked to produce proof of exemption is just against the law! Keep your plants and discrimination.

Had a wonderful first visit yesterday - loved the selection of pollinator supporting plants, the succulents bathing in the sunshine and most of all the genuine, caring help provided by the staff. Accidentally wandered into a staff only area and was admiring absolutely beautiful succulents, and appreciated how that situation was handled. A little feedback - please have arrows on the ground or signs on how to get to the indoor area and the exit, as that wasn't very clear, maybe a rope with a sign for the private greenhouse area, and clearer signage at the entrance and exit as the white signs were hard to see. Can't wait to be back again. Definitely now my favourite garden centre in CK and I have visited them all now.

My first time being there. I definitely waited way too long. It was absolutely great. The inside where the annuals was, was completely stocked with the most varieties I've ever seen in a greenhouse. I'll definitely be going back in a few days to get some perennials

What a wonderful experience we had with Ross' Nursery. We purchased our shrubs and rocks for our new garden in front of our house. The staff at Ross' were very helpful and friendly. The two young fellows who delivered our rocks were extrememly polite and helpful, making sure that the rocks were placed exactly where and how we wanted them placed. Thank you Ross' Nursery. You are our go to garden centre!

We had Ross’s Nursery do some landscaping for us this week. What a terrific job they did for us. Some of the design was our idea, but where they could they improved on our plans. Had my back yard landscaping done by Ross' and they did such a nice job, it was a no brainer to have them do the front the following year. Mistake! Numerous substitutions made with no consultation. A mess left on the driveway. No rocks delivered (again with no explanation). Went to see Bill with a problem about the grass they planted (full of weeds), and I was summarily dismissed with a bag of grass seed. After almost 40 years of being a faithful customer, I got a $5 bag of grass seed for my loyalty. Too bad...

Not sure about the landscaping as I've never had them do any for me but have a problem with the nursery. I have tried to buy bushes and trees and get absolutely no help. When I do ask for assistance it's as if its an imposition. I would like to deal with them more often but I don't like they're customer service. They really need to improve on their attitude.
