I started with this company last year and I was so pleased with them, that I signed up again for this year. I will continue with them. They do a great job. Spray the whole house, and the outbuildings as well. Now I don't have any awful mess to clean up on the deck before I can sit there. and I can get into my shed without having to sweep away the spiders. I also noticed that there are NO spiders in the house now, even in the winter. I have no problem calling them and they just called me last night to say they will be here today. They are always on time. The price is well worth it to have no more bugs.

I have been having my house sprayed for spiders for several years by this company and I am very pleased with there service. They do an excellent job every time. The staff is always friendly. They set up appointments to do their spraying even if you are not home. They will call the day before so you can have your windows closed before they come.

A1 customer service - I called their Chatham location and explained the sensitivity of the situation and they met all the requirements and worked with us to ensure that it would be a successful treatment! This is a rental unit and the tenant is not being very cooperative. I was concerned that we would get the very expensive treatment done as previously and not have success. RENTOKIL's professional team came in and did a pre inspection the day before, scheduled treatment to ensure that we could move forward. It was not ready and RENTOKIL's team sent a letter indicating the reasons why we could not move forward to assist us with this tenant. This is the third company that I have gotten in and I can say with 1000% confidence that this is my go to company for all pest control needs going forward!!!
