Bellaire Landscape did an amazing job with our garden. They did exactly what we wanted. It looks amazing! Olivia and Mike are fantastic to work with and the crew were great as well. I would definitely recommend them.

We had Bellaire design our landscaping and the design was a very good one. In retrospect, we wish we had taken that design to another Landscape company. We have never dealt with a company where misunderstandings and additional costs were the daily routine. You want a flower or plant moved from the design, no charge says the worker doing it but when you get the bill you find out there is indeed a charge and then you are told the worker does not speak for the company. That large tree the salesman told you about turns out to be a small skinny tree so you better read the design carefully and have another landscaper explain to you in English what it means. Not happy with the result, too bad. Customer satisfaction is not part of the job. If you want to feel demeaned and unappreciated, these are your guys. I would never use them again.

This is the first time that I have had Bellaire Landscape do work for me and I would definitely get them again and I recommend them to anyone. I found them courteous, reliable and they did great quality work. Their operations manager communicates with you on a regular basis and they will even go the extra mile for you.

I have been a client of Bellaire Landscape for the past 10 years. They designed our front and backyard landscape for our new home. They installed multiple flowers beds, two bubbling boulders, large trees and everything else needed to complete the look we wanted. I have continued to have them maintain our yard since then whether it be seasonal clean ups or changing plants. Mike, Olivia, Bob and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with the work done. They are always on time and ensure they clean up after they complete the work. They are extremely knowledgeable in their recommendations of which plants work best for certain beds and areas of the yard. I continue to use them for all my landscaping needs and would highly recommend Bellaire Landscape to anyone else! They also have a nursery centre on site which has a great selection of plants and arrangements.

They came to my house to see what I wanted to get done (my front yard). After that, Olivia and I had exchanged emails several times about the project and payment. Her last email to me was almost 3 weeks ago telling me that they were going to start the design soon and that she’d call me to set up an appointment with Mike. A week later, I emailed to follow up. No response. Another week came by, I called them and I was told that Olivia would call me back shortly. Still nothing! I honestly do not appreciate being ignored. If they feel that my project wasn’t worth their time, just tell me right away so that I’m not sitting here for weeks Waiting and waiting! I was really really excited that my front yard would finally get a make over but they completely ditched me. You must be choosing your clients based on money. I really thought your company was wonderful but obviously I was/am wrong.
