Ils nous envoye une mise en demeure pour payer du temps supplémentaire qui n’a jamais été discuté ni approuvé !

Here is the problem: When we receive the email to make the payment which is done in three steps, there is a link that should give us access to our plan. This link (in my case) didn't work every time. I had to contact Plan Maison Québec to have the plan sent to me. It's not a big deal. On the other hand for the final plan, a little tired that the system does not work, I ask for an explanation and the owner tells me that I am lying (he did not appreciate the criticism) and that I received the plan there a few days. Instead of trying to figure out the problem, he became arrogant. I sent him proof that his link was not working. (Original) Le processus est bien et la technologue a aider a rendre le tout agréable. Je met 3 étoiles seulement et j'aurais aimer mettre moins à cause du service après vente que j'ai reçu de la part du propriétaire de Plan Maison Québec. Voici le problème: Lorsque l'ont reçoit le courriel pour effectuer le paiement qui se fait en trois étapes, il y a un lien qui doit nous donner accès à notre plan. Ce lien (dans mon cas) n'a pas fonctionner à chaque fois. Je devait contacter Plan Maison Québec pour me faire envoyé le plan. Ce n'est pas un gros problème. Par contre pour le plan final, un peu tanné que le système ne fonctionne pas, je demande une explication et le propriétaire me dit que je ment (il n'a pas apprécié la critique) et que j'ai bien reçu le plan il y a quelques jours. Au lieu d'essayé de comprendre le problème, il est devenu arrogant. Je lui ai envoyé une preuve que son lien ne fonctionnait pas.
