They are available, Sébastien is the co-owner of the company and he is ALL THE TIME ON THE SITE! and that I promise you that it makes all the difference ... so he controls his subcontractors, he challenges his world, he knows his job ... I'm so happy with their work that I just gave them a project of 5 townhouses in Saint-Sauveur. The team is young, experienced, motivated, the prices are very well placed, say that now that I found this manufacturer, I do not change anymore! (Original) Attention, super constructeur en vue! je peux donner un avis éclairé, j'ai construit 4 projets immobiliers à Québec avec 3 constructeurs différents ... le premier en 2012, pas terrible aucune écoute, maison à la chaîne, du grand n'importe quoi! le second en 2014, un cauchemar, nous sommes en 2017 et j'ai encore du service après vente ... et enfin en 2016 j'ai acheté une maison de ville à Saint-Sauveur avec Construction St-Pierre Roseberry. D'abord, le concept des maisons de ville est assez génial! des maisons d'architecte bien pensées tout en verticalité avec des terrasses au toit ... j'adore! tout s'est très bien déroulé, ce qui fait la différence c'est que Karine et Sébastien prennent le temps d'écouter. Il y a toujours des imprévus sur un chantier, mais Construction SR est en mode solution. Ils sont disponibles, Sébastien est le co-propriétaire de la compagnie et il est TOUT LE TEMPS SUR LE CHANTIER! et ça je vous promets que ça fait toute la différence ... donc il contrôle ses sous-traitants, il challenge son monde, il connait son métier ... je suis tellement content de leur travail que je viens de leur confier un projet de 5 maisons de ville à Saint-Sauveur. L'équipe est jeune, expérimentée, motivée, les prix sont très bien placés, disons que maintenant que j'ai trouvé ce constructeur, je ne change plus!
