Had contacted the architecture firm re: a house extension in Saint-Lambert. Spoke to the receptionist/ project manager who was very informative, then as suggested proceeded to send over details of the project. Did not hear back for about a week, so followed up by phone just in case the email fell into the firm's spam box. The same receptionist confirmed receipt of the email and said that Luc Plante will look into this agenda to schedule a preliminary call, but that was over 2 months ago. A little surprised at never receiving a follow up - even if it's to say that they were too busy/ uninterested in project etc. Being in marketing, the least a company should owe a potential customer is always a response.
