One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. I reached out to the wood millers to buy lumber for restoration work on the Province House in Charlottetown. Over the span of five weeks, I reached out to them three to four times, each time getting different answers on availability or no response at all when asking over e-mail. Instead of buying local lumber for a local project, I am getting my lumber delivered from Ontario.
