We had an initial positive experience (hence one star instead of none) where they came out promptly when we asked for a quote for some work. However we did not get the quote until after we chased it up as we had discovered a more major building problem in the mean time. I arranged for them to come out and have another look, arranged a time, and they never showed up. Followed them up, arranged another time and they again didn't show up or make any contact. The initial positive experience just makes everything that subsequently happened a complete let down. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend these guys. They did a major pruning on my cherry, cedar and maple trees. They worked efficiently and expertly with a skill that was a pleasure to watch. They cut and stacked all that was possible fire wood for me and took the rest away. Before leaving they raked the driveway of sawdust and twigs-you would never know they were here-except the property looks brilliant!
