They sat down with us and listened to what would work for our lifestyle and how to take advantage of our park views. We did a full renovation of our main floor and 2nd storey. By adding some windows, moving walls and removing pillars we now have a beautiful open floor plan with lots of natural light that is very inviting. We love our new layout and there is no wasted space now. It was a pleasure to work with the team and we couldn't be happier with our "new" house.

We have engaged Brent twice in the past to help us with home design work. The first was several years ago to design a new two-story home and a second time in 2020 to design an apartment/condo renovation for our son. In both cases, Brent showed that he is very open to feedback and tries to incorporate all relevant input from a living perspective from his clients into his design. Once we had a general agreement on the major positions of the rooms in the house, we worked closely with Brent to fine-tune the details on size, positions, and features in each room. Brent had an exceptionally good design approach, by putting in a few nice features into the basic design. This gave just enough interesting aspects in our house, without over-doing it from a creative aspect. Brent is also very good for his timeliness on feedback to his clients. If he commits to a timeline, he always ensures that he completes the work that he has scheduled. He also worked very well in both cases with our Project Manager/contractor to ensure that all details were worked out prior to starting the projects. I would wholeheartedly endorse Brent for any design and architectural work that you are considering.

We were not impressed. Many things were missed and we overpaid. Brent didn't even come to the property to see the lot we were building on. After hearing about other peoples experiences I'm not sure why we had such little time and attention from him. We were worried about making small changes because he started to bill extra even though we paid more than the average designer would charge. He even billed us for meeting with our builder to go through the plans.
