Stay away. He absolutely ruined 2 homes we had him design. Extremely disappointed. Feel free to contact me for more information. I believe the reason the flaws occurred, which I realized long after was that he would take the ideas and send them to his "offshore" workers. Which is fine. But those people seemed to lack local knowledge and design specs. We were able to get another company to fix up his horrible designs prior to construction but the other home was too far along and we lost over a foot of ceiling height in the upper floor due to his negligence. I hired him as a "professional" above to provide a service which he did not. Save your home and look elsewhere. Thanks Vikram for ruining the Sherlock Duplex and almost ruining the Hemlock Cabin. Please see my other reviews. I believe I only have 1 other negative. I don't like leaving negative reviewed but this was something that could have been avoided if he was as concerned as he tries to portray. Good luck.
