Edward prepared drawings to enable me to get a City of New Westminster building permit for a kitchen renovation in my condo. I needed a quick turnaround and professional drawings that would move the project forward. Edward was professional, fast and fully engaged in my project. The plans were approved by the City, and Edward also referred me to a contractor whom I ultimately selected for the renovation. He was a key contributor to the success of my renovation.

Edward and his team were absolutely top notch. I used his Building Permit Plans services for a basement reno. He responded to all my emails in a timely manner and addressed each concern I had. He was patient with me and my dealings with city hall, which were frustrating at the best of times. In hindsight, it would have been better to pay him to deal directly with the city - I have no doubt it would have saved me a ton of time and energy. I would absolutely recommend Canadian Blueprint Design.

They helped us design our new floor plan, security plan and provided the necessary requirements for our Business License application such as site plans and even photo renderings of our store signage! I think it would have been nice if there was a second site visit after deposit was made and to discuss any changes or edits to the initial design.
