I write this review with a 2 year experience with Rob. I was referred to him by a friend and I could definitely see why! I was a first time home buyer, and I was shopping around to banks such as RBC. I had no clue what I was getting myself into or what exactly I needed to do. Most of the banks did not take me seriously(most likely because I was young, 23), and did not discuss rates, or any details involved in getting a mortgage. I was shocked at how they did not want my "business" at all. Then I came across Rob, he was excellent, he did not judge me and was very patient with me. He told me everything I needed to know and do as a first time home buyer, he told me what documents I needed, and helping me step-by-step. I realized that he was spending all his free time helping me without knowing whether or not I will use him or be approved for the mortgage. That's when I knew he was a good guy! It makes sense now that the other banks did not want to deal with me because of my age and being clueless, only to not be POSSIBLY approved at the end. But Rob took care of me really well, got me approved and got me the best rate on the market! 2 years later, he does not leaving you hanging! He will professionally update you on rates changes or if he suspects a rate change will happen (variable rates), he will offer you professional advice on your real estate finances and re-financing as well! I don't see why people would go directly to banks when you have a guy like Rob! He does everything for you and shops around to ensure your getting the best rates, approval and closing deals possible. Its a no-brainer! Rob always puts his clients best interest first! I have recommended Rob to my friends and family and they all had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.
