We had Let's Landscape come in and 'fix' our backyard that another contractor had done for us and landscape the front of our house. I valued their honesty and the fact that they were able to give me advice on the best route to take for the job based on 'our' needs and wants. They even talked me out of additional work telling me the good, the bad and the ugly about what I wanted to do. It wasn't just a money grab, they were definitely there to make sure that I was going to be happy with the overall project once they were done. Even though our job was was relatively small compared to what these crews are capable of, the way we were treated as customers felt like we just gave them a million dollar job. The work came in exactly exactly on budget and was completed ahead of schedule. The crew themselves were super friendly and professional. A small garden was missed on the layout, which they came back to resolve and complete in about 12 hours. No fuss at all. Mike and the team at Let’s Landscape are awesome to work with. We completely re-did both our backyard and front. New big pool, hot tub, patio, water features, outdoor kitchen, cabana, the works! And in front, new gardens, driveway, heated stairs for our Canadian winters. Every step of the experience was good - design was exciting - with great full-colour 2D and 3D images to help us visualize the plans. Picking all the plantings was fun and inclusive. And the actual construction was very smooth, with crews who were a pleasure to have around the property. Big projects always have hiccups but Mike and his team always dealt with things quickly to keep us moving - the responsiveness was a big part of why we liked working with Let’s Landscape. The final product is awesome - my entire family loves it and we do lots of outdoor entertaining now.

This was our 1st major renovation. Andrew and his teams helped us achieve a spectacular result and I know that we would not have been able to deliver the same thing without Let's Landscape Together. It all starts with the design phase, we had an idea of what we wanted it to "feel" like and they took it from there. We were brought in on decisions but not overwhelmed with nitty gritty details. The team also provided a major assist for getting our permits form the city. Once the work started we're were shocked at how respectful the crew was. They were on time every morning, friendly to talk to or ask questions of, conscious of noise pollution for our neighbours and my young family, and they were immaculately tidy. I can't stress enough how impressive the work crew was. Neighbours were nervous when we told them we were putting in an in ground pool, after they saw how Paul and his crew conducted themselves they're asking me for Let's Landscape's contact info. My dog even got to the point that he was ready for them to arrive each morning on time and go play with the crew during breaks. No project this size goes off without some surprises, When things did come up a) we were kept in the loop (b) they were dealt with (c) If there was an additional cost I didn't feel like it was unreasonable. In total, I'm sure we could have paid less to get our backyard. However it would not have been worth the savings. For my family, Let's Landscape was an awesome white glove service that delivered quality and kept me sane through my 1st big renovation. High fives to the entire team.

NEED A POOL? THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST - PERIOD! Let’s Landscape created an absolutely gorgeous oasis in our backyard! We really had no idea that our backyard could be so wonderful! If you’re looking to have the most beautiful landscaping and pool anywhere... read on!... We decided some time ago that we wanted to put in a pool and have some nice landscaping done out back... we researched everyone in our area.. I do mean EVERYONE! Andrew came over and we could tell right off the bat that he knew what he was doing and that he would do it right. We weren’t looking for the cheapest but we were looking for value, we got superior quality at a reasonable price with these guys. No nonsense and honest... what more could a homeowner ask for? The pool has only been finished for two weeks and my wife and I still can’t believe how great our experience was with Let’s Landscape. I’m going to try to figure out how to put some pictures with this message... seeing is believing and our backyard is so stunning now that even our own family can’t believe how amazing it is. My good friend who’s a ‘trade’ came over to have a look two days ago and all he could say was “... wow man, those guys did a great job... you can tell they paid attention to details that even you wouldn’t really notice...”. That says a lot. Two sets of our friends who’ve seen our backyard this week (and freaked out at how amazing it is now) have already committed to using them for their pools. Again, seeing is believing. If you’re looking for the best craftsmanship, reasonably priced and work done by guys who really care about what they’re doing - you should call Let’s Landscape for your pool! We highly recommend them! (FYI - the guys installed the coolest LED pool lights that can make my pool any colour imaginable... in the pick you can see that I made it a deep purple, I love it but my wife says it looks ‘smurphy’... the actual colour is a beautiful lighter blue that you would normally see on a sunny day in the southern Caribbean... the cool part is that I can change the colour with a simple push of a computerized button... now that’s neat ????)

He pointed out several areas of concern that other contractors had not identified. My wife and I contracted Let's Landscape to install our pool and do the backyard landscaping. The Landscape Architect immediately zeroed in on our preferences as if he knew us. We made some changes and they were more than accommodating. The Sales Team was great, everyone was so pleasant to deal with. When it came time to dig we had a delay due to our home builder not having the grading permit finalized, Let's Landscape were very patient and when the permit came through, LLT pulled it all together very quickly, the work crew were incredible, very friendly, happy, personable and very accommodating as we made some changes on the fly, no complaints, they were happy to make them. After the install, LLT were there for some after work modifications, always responsive, even a year after the completion they were incredible when a some pavers needed some attention, they were there. You would not go wrong contracting them.

Last summer we enlisted Let's Landscape Together (LLT) for the complete renovation of our backyard and 25 year old pool. Everything in the backyard was demolished and removed. This included demolition of the pool down to its steel walls and concrete base. LLT installed new pool stairs, a new sheer descent waterfall, liner, in-pool LED lighting, piping, relocated all pool equipment and installed a state-of-the-art computerized pool system controller. In addition to the pool itself, LLT installed a brand new two-tiered paving stone patio with retaining wall, built-in L-shaped outdoor kitchen and extensive low-voltage landscape lighting throughout the garden as well as landscaping. They also oversaw the construction of beautiful new fencing. We have been 120% thrilled and satisfied with LLT. Everything they do is done with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Andrew was a joy to work with. At our first meeting he listened to our needs and wants, as well as our wish list and our budget. The detailed plan he presented to us incorporated everything we discussed including an impressive outdoor kitchen and raised patio area which incorporated the waterfall. Our wish list was huge and the quote, while slightly bigger than our budget, was broken down so that we could clearly see the cost of each area and decide what we had to have and what we could defer to phase two, such as the grill island, which was completed this summer. Andrew said the project would last approximately 6 weeks and he was true to his word. We had a dedicated LLT crew who arrived each morning at 8:00 am for work, rain or shine. Each day they worked hard with minimal breaks. LLT installed a port-a-potty for their staff to minimize inconvenience. Everyone was polite and hard-working. There wasn't one day where no one worked. There wasn't one day of down time or "waiting for supplies or subcontractors (fencing, electrical, gas, irrigation)". Two other neighbours on our street were undergoing pool and landscaping projects last summer as well, and we noticed several days where there was no activity at their homes. This never happened to us. In fact, several neighbours commented to us that they were impressed by how hard-working the LLT crew was. They respected our neighbours' properties and each evening cleaned up the site before leaving at 5:00 pm. LLT managed the entire project from start to finish. Andrew was reachable and responsive to any questions or issues that arose. With respect to the payment schedule, it was clearly provided at contract signing and we were never asked for any "surprise" payments. We did add and change things throughout the project and at the end, they were clearly documented as extras to the original contract so that there were no surprises or disputes. After the project was complete and even now, a year later, Andrew is responsive to our phone calls and texts. When plants didn't survive the winter or light bulbs burned out, LLT came back within days to rectify the problem. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend LLT to anyone contemplating a landscape project. In fact, we intend to use them in the near future to renovate our front yard. In the end, the finished project looked like the LLT drawings and it surpassed the vision in our dreams. It was exactly what we had envisioned, only better.

We have used Let’s Landscape for several small jobs over the past 10 years and always found them to be a very well organized company. Last spring we decided to do a major renovation of our front yard at our home. Most companies say they are “customer committed” and “provide quality service”, most of the time it is just lip service. Let’s Landscape’s staff from design, construction, maintenance and office support really did meet and provide all of these principles that the company stated. As a homeowner you seldom see companies that show how important you really are as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone. By the way we have had several positive comments about the finished product and cannot say enough about our experience.

Don't be fooled by the lovely pictures. Owner was foul mouthed and aggressive. No cost breakdown other than lump sumps for items so you cannot customize. Told you will never be charged for more material but they order so much that you would never need to order more. You will not receive a credit for any material you paid for that they don't use. Had no signed contract but they refused to refund a deposit they held us hostage to provide. Had to take them to court. We were victorious but it was such a huge waste of time. Find another company!

Let's Landscape Together has just completed an amazing job of remodelling our backyard. They removed a tired old deck, put in a new stone patio, a 12x12 pavilion, all new grass and shrubbery. The space looks much more modern now. If you are looking for a landscaping job on the cheap, then Let's Landscape may not be for you. But if you want a high quality job with no surprises then I highly recommend them. Our project was done right on time and on budget. The Let's Landscape team of Shane (sales), Sante (supervisor) and Jim, Matt and Sylvester (crew) have been professional from the start of the project right through to completion. What impressed us most about Let's Landscape were the small things that they just took care of. The site was always left clean at end of day. Tools were always picked up. We had to have them leave some equipment on our front lawn during construction and it was moved regularly to avoid a dead patch. The crew always arrived in Let's Landscape t-shirts & proper safety gear and we never once heard any swearing or complaining as is common with other companies. Sante and Shane both checked in regularly to make sure we where happy with progress. Great job guys! Now we are looking forward to enjoying the backyard more!

Let's Landscape was the best team to work with on both our front and backyard projects. Let's handled our challenging front yard 5 years ago - tree roots causes pipe issues, very sloped driveway that needed a major retaining structure and an dying tree that was causing all sorts of issues. Rob came up with a great design that only needed a little tweak that better meet our needs. Five years later we still get compliments on our front entry and landscaping. When our backyard pool needing a modern update, of course we went back to Let's Landscape. This time we worked with Andrew on the design, and we could not have been happier. Our backyard has always been our oasis and with the changes it feels even more so. At the start of the project, Andrew did a walk through and we discussed what we loved, our challenges and our lifestyle. He came up with an incredible design that worked for us. Who knew you could have steps built into an existing pool? We only need to make a couple of tweaks to make it perfect. Steve was our Project Manager and his attention to detail was fantastic. He was also very responsive to text and phone calls. James was the project lead and he was meticulous with his work and has a strong work ethic. The whole team worked hard and were always very respective to our property and neighbours, cleaning up each day. Let's Landscape is a well oiled machine. We were very happy with our front yard project which included a new driveway, concrete curbs, stone capped steps and new vegetation. The crew always left the job site site in a safe condition at the end of the day by putting up caution tape, pylons and temporary steps. They even went as far to write with chalk "ok to step on" to tell us what stones we could step on to get in and out of house during the installation. Let's Landscape worked very close with us to help design & pick everything. They met with us at landscape suppliers to get a hands on idea of the materials we picked. We stayed in contact throughout the project and minor revisions were not a big deal. The project had a natural evolution and went very well. Will be using them for the backyard phase next. -Alex
