We hired domilya GROUP for a complete ensuite bathroom renovation. It included removing the tub and installing a walk-in shower with custom tiling, niche, a ceiling mounted rainhead and hand held showerhead, and frameless glass doors. They also replaced the toilet, sink and vanity, light, mirror, and hardware. The floor was re-tiled and Rachid created a tile basebord around the bathroom - it looks so highend! Right from the start Rachid and Heba were professional and a delight to work with. The quality of work was excellent and the site was kept neat and tidy the whole time. It was easy to see Rachid and his team were knowledgeable and really cared about the quality and design. The work was completed on time and on budget. We will definitely be using domilya GROUP for our future renovations.

Rude owner, she didn’t check that we have an appointment, comes charging into the conversation we were having with our rep to say that she is not allowing any visits ..., if that’s the level of attention to details the owner has about the basics on checking appointments, I cannot risk giving them a big project. The rep was ok but ineffective Overall poor customer service ***Update*** Reading the owner's response just proves me right that she is completely clueless and has no idea about her showroom appointments. Also confirms my comments about her rudeness Please DO NOT threaten me on a public forum because I have my facts in line. If you are serious about improving your quality of service, message me privately and I can share my visit details On an additional note, I can now understand why Domilya has such positive reviews as the owner threatens people who put anything negative

Domilya team were exceptional. We selected them in January to help with renovation of our home in Oakville, while wife and i were preparing for our relocation from Texas. We did most of the engagements, designs, material selection and modifications over zoom due to Covid restrictions and 14 days quarantine requirements in Canada that made it impractical for either of us to visit Canada until months after start of renovation. We found the entire team to be highly professional and they consistently looked out for our interest. Our home turned out spectacular. Even though we spent (and did) more than original plan, we feel quite satisfied with the outcome. They are highly recommended.

Domilya Group has completed an extensive interior and exterior renovation in our house in Oakville. This included an addition at the ground and basement floors with structural modifications and upgrade of both main and en-suite bathrooms on the 2nd floor. As an architectural designer, the first day that I met Rachid to discuss the details of the project, I liked his visions and knowledge. I knew that he is the contractor that I would like to work with and thankfully his price turned out the lowest amongst the 3 quotes we had received. Rachid loves what he does and gets involved in every single detail until it is done perfectly! He is always responsive and pleasantly accepts additional changes during construction either requested by us or required to make the final work better, within reasonable cost. He goes above and beyond to meet the Client's requirements and he sets his bar higher. His team is professional and amazingly dedicated and organized yet courteous, polite, and cooperative. This was very critical and important to us as we have been living on the second floor throughout the construction! It's worth mentioning that Rachid was flexible to our demand for access to one bathroom at all times, even though it resulted in extended construction time and he had to bring in some trades more than once. Also, the process of selecting and ordering finishes went smoothly with the resourceful Domilya Design and Supply Center, despite lockdowns and material shortage during the Covid-19 pandemic. Heba, Aili, Amy, and the entire office team were always ready to respond promptly and make arrangements for additional material orders and delivery in a timely manner to avoid any delay. They did this all with smiles and a friendly manner. Thanks to Rachid, Heba, and the entire team at Domilya Group! I would recommend them for any new or reno project.

I used domilya to do a full bathroom renovation, walk in closet, and a few small things around my house. They were all awesome to work with, professionals and the finished result is incredible. They started during the height of COVID lockdown in 2020, and I was so grateful to have a showroom to go and not worry about ordering from different suppliers, stores, etc. The one stop shopping is a bit of a premium but worth it. The personal design experience is also great. I truly believe Heba and her team knew my taste and picked pieces based on what I would love, and made sure to give me options at different price points. I never felt pressured to purchase something I didn’t love. Their suggestions as to what would work in my space were spot-on. If you ever have any doubts, definitely go for the bidet toilet seat!! :) I also had a plumbing issue unrelated to the reno and the domilya team sent someone over to take a look, which was so appreciated and made me feel valued. Anyone who has come to my house has talked about how incredible my bathroom and closet are, and said they’re the biggest “selling features” of my home (though I plan to enjoy them for a very long time). I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any job, big or small.

Rachid, Heba and everyone at domilya GROUP were absolutely incredible! This was the first time we had ever used a contractor. We had our full kitchen and main floor powder room gutted and replaced, and replaced all of the flooring on the main floor and upstairs. When Rachid said they would be finished in 4 weeks, we did not believe him. But he and his crew were true to their word and finished right on schedule and more importantly, we are so happy with the quality of work that was done. Rachid showed flexibility as well by allowing my father (a Master Electrician) to do the electrical in the kitchen. This was much appreciated. Domilya Group helped us out with our main floor transformation in the spring of 2019. Rachid and his crew did a fantastic job with new hardwood floors and drywalled ceilings, new trim/mouldings and paint throughout, new doors, and best of all a beautiful new fireplace wall. Most importantly, our work was done on time and on budget, with the fantastic crew cleaning up perfectly at the end of each day. Communication was also great, with daily updates so I knew what to expect and who was going to be in my home that day. I am sure my project was small in comparison to most, yet I was treated just as if it was a big job for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Domilya for any project big or small.
