We have used Popkie Landscaping for our lawn maintenance for many years now, and couldn't be happier. Brandon shows up as expected each week, and does an incredible job with no mess left afterwards. During the spring and fall he will cut only as needed (or as often as you want). Popkie's rates are also very reasonable considering the expenses that go into pickup trucks and enclosed trailers, zero turn mowers etc. that are required equipment when you are running a lawn care/ landscaping business. I would HIGHLY recommend Popkie for any of your grass cutting or landscaping needs! They will not disappoint.
