When you have options to hire an architect and you google to find one, you see many results; and then if you don't know anyone, it becomes a hit and try process, and if you are lucky, you do not regret, however, if you end up with a wrong person, you literally lose everything. That's the fact of life. In our case, when I started to look for an architect, I did precisely that i.e. searched google with "architect in Brampton".. and then I hoped for the best; in our case, we found someone who not only could understand our vision but also the precise requirements for our project. Harpreet was able to evaluate the site thoroughly and was able to provide his candid and honest feedback as to what was possible and what was not possible without worrying about whether we would retain him or not. His advice was spot on. He proved his trustworthiness and Trust is something that we value in our life and in our business. We felt Harpreet had the right skillset and the knowledge to help us achieve our goals considering the complexity of our project - after all transforming an existing dog grooming store into an ice cream parlor was a very daunting and challenging task. How our store looks speaks volume about the design. As for the fees, in the beginning I felt Harpreet was slightly more expensive than the other architects in the area, but after seeing the details in the design and drawings, which only an expert architect could provide, I felt his charges were very reasonable compare to others, and the quality of his work was far superior than what I had seen previously (I could compare with what we got from the first architect who designed our first store.. this is our second Ice Cream parlor). As the right architecture design is the solid foundation for any project, we were extremely satisfied with Harpreet's work. Not only he showed true professionalism but also his team members: Harpreet Kaur and Jaskirat Singh were equally competent and experts in their own right. This way it allowed for my vision to be intact and having flexibility of reviewing proposals of multiple contractors opposed to one. Technoarch came to be through a referral from a friend. Just picked up my permit and there is not enough words I can write on how amazing they were.
