When I wanted to have my basement finished as a 2nd unit, Dhara Patel, the architect who was designated for this job, provided me 11 options with furniture layouts for my basement. The drawings and the application prepared to get me the building permit was completed by keeping the City's code in mind, which helped me to get the Building Permit in few weeks. We hired Polygon Engineering for designing and getting permits for a legal second dwelling unit with a below grade enterance. Mr. Kishore Punjabi is a highly knowledgable Architect. He has a good team of people working for him too. They all provided us a very professional and excellent service. They gave us multiple design options and helped us decide the final design. On our request, he recommended us some very good contractors and even made follow up call to check if the work is going fine. Some people don't provide simillar after job services, once and after the job is done and they are paid. But in our case, when we require a revision in permit, he was more than happy and very quick in filing that. That's like a good professional. Highly highly recommended.
