I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM!. They were one who stepped in and helped me get the permit for my basement below grade entrance. I had trusted some other organization for design/permit and due to non communication my project was shut down by City of Mississauga. Noble Elite Solutions stepped in understood the constraints, redesigned the whole project, got the e-plan access to them, did the necessary plan and coordinated with the City of Mississauga to obtain my PERMIT within a month.I was also under pressure to get the job completed before snow sets in. The whole TEAM coordinated in war footing to push through the various steps in coordination with the City of Mississauga. I call Vin last week. Is accept a job for simple door permit. I send him my address, but never get back to me. Few days later I decide to call him back and try to figure out what's going on. It's not answering the phone totally ignoring his customers. I'm finding that extremely disrespectful and simply wasting people time.
