I came across Nesta Design due to the high reviews while I was shopping around to get my basement drawing. They didn't disappoint me. I've worked from day 1 with Amiri whom came couple of times to take measurements and review what we wanted to accomplished. He make seamless the process to get City Permit and provided digital and hard copy of all drawings I've appreciated even more than he's been there to answer questions during the building process. I'd recommend them for sure.

Amiri focus on his client’s and the core activities of the project. I found him in Kijiji for my basement to make a legal second unit. There was some construction done by the previous owners which were not as per building code. Amiri came to my house in Barrie few times and visited Barrie City office to discuss all issues. I had Nestadesign draw up plans for a basement walkout, and right from the beginning they were professional and accommodating. I was hesitant at the beginning because I was using the internet to find a company to draw up a design and summit for permit for this walkout, and wasn’t comfortable sending money through e-transfer. But Nestadesign guided me through the right channels to verify everything was legitimate and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Nestadesign for your design projects that require a building permit. From start to finish it took roughly 3 weeks and now I am seeing my project come to life. One last thing I would like to mention is on my final payment I had over paid by about $37.00 and didn’t even realize it until Nestadesign called me to explain I over paid. In 2017 when I required a building permit for a new house I bought, I found Nesta Design. They did architectural and structural drawings for legalizing the basement, removal of a load bearing wall and adding a washroom in main floor. They did all the process for me and got the permit from City of Mississauga. I am happy with their service and recommend them.
