Neff worked with me on my custom new build. They helped with the cabinetry designs, and also installed the product. It made the process much easier having them help out from beginning to end. There design ideas and interior optimizations of my cabinets were great. I was worried about having a paint finish but the way they do there paint finish is super durable. Really impressive product. Their factory techniques are innovative and hands on.

The owner is the one who ensures that they steal from suppliers and customers. Disgusting and despicable management practices by unprofessional people.

Our company was asked to supply wine racking for an urgent project, requiring expensive, overnight shipping. The order was processed quickly and shipped same day with next day delivery. Approximately one month later, they disputed the credit card charge and claimed it was an unauthorized transaction. Multiple attempts to follow up with Neff Living were unsuccessful both by email and phone and we are without payment to this day.
