It was a pleasure working with Andy and his team on my salon project. I have heard many horror stories about working with contractors but my experience was far from that. In the beginning Andy came to visit the space for the first time professional and prepared. He took notes and also gave me a run down on how the process would take place. The information was thorough and no details with left out. Over the next few days I was able to meet with the members of his team to explain my vision and have them explain to be what was possible within my budget. Each member of his team was polite and very knowledgeable . I was given an overall ball park number that was reflected in the contract moving forward. Once I had chosen to move forward with Andy , the contract process was fairly easy. The contract was easy to understand for the most part but anything I didn't understand Andy was available to explain. In terms of budget we were able to come to an agreement that worked for the both of us . I decided to move forward with electrical , plumping and flooring. Along the way we did have some hiccups which I expected as nothing ever goes 100% smoothly when working on a renovation. (The building my unit is located in is an older building ,so we ran into a few issues when trying to execute some of our ideas.) In terms of communication , Andy usually replied within a few hours or within that day which I appreciated, and he was thorough in communicating information. We did have a few disagreements and misunderstandings, but he made it easy for me to express my concerns. We were able to effectively come to a compromise that worked for the both of us at the end of the day. Overall I enjoyed my experience with Andy and his team because it felt like I was working with friends . I could tell that this team cared about the project, as the work was quality and completed on schedule. I wear many hats and was able focus my business as Andy had this project under control and limited my stress about it. My space is beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better result. I look forward to completing more projects in my space with Andy and his team in future.

Andy did an amazing job helping us legalize our basement apartment in Brampton. He knew all of the laws and by-laws and requirements. He walked us through the entire process and gave us updates regularly. He has a very calm demeanour which we found very helpful in such hectic time with all the paper work and renovations. He is incredibly responsive whenever we have questions he would always be available to explain either in person or on the phone. Extremely professional! You can rest assured that your project will be completed on time and to code when working with Andy.
