We called Kathleen and asked if she could help us find a place the area north of Belleville. We didn't know the area well, apart from the bit of driving around and scouting we had done on our own. My family has worked with Your Dream Team Quinte on two separate occasions. We had Lorraine’s help when we had a house built 11 years ago. We were so happy with her, she is straight up honest, and totally supportive in the decisions we wanted to make with the new house. She worked with the builder to help us create everything we wanted in our home. In 2020 we decided we wanted a down size. We came to her when we found a house we were interested in. This was a long process for us with a lot of ups and downs. Lorraine was patient, professional and worked hard with the sellers realtor. We had many long days with a lot of work done by Lorraine and she always kept us up to date with texts and emails. The team have amazing communication skills, always replying to our questions as soon as possible. Closing dates got extended multiple times and we asked her to look at multiple other properties during this time. Lorraine and her daughter always went out of their way to help us see everything we wanted and we never felt we were putting them out. We could never get the house we wanted out of our minds and they just kept working with us until the offer finally got accepted. We are so thankful to have worked with this team. They just work really hard to make their clients (who eventually become they’re friends) find exactly what they want in a property and home.

We had the whole Dream Team working for us while the leases in the Quinte Region are in high demand and incredibly competitive. Hunting on Kjiji and Facebook marketplace for a lease proved to be difficult and never ending. The Dream Team took time to show us multiple leases, and was able to snatch up a place for us before it even got onto MLS listings. I doubt we would have ever been able to find a place this quickly, and this perfect for us, without their help. I look forward to when my husband and I are able and ready to buy our first home, as we will be working with this team, and I know that without a doubt, we will be successful.

Well where do I begin, I meet Kathleen and Kirsten about a year ago when a friend was looking at houses to buy. I tagged along and when I met them I mentioned I could be posted in the new year, I asked a bunch of questions and from their professionalism, answers and friendly demeanour I knew I had found the right people to help sell my house.. So fast forward one year, I did receive a posting message and I called them, Lorraine and her two daughters came over and gave me a ton of advise and great suggestions on how to upgrade my house for selling. They staged my house and took great pics for the listing. They were eager to help and answered all my questions.. It was a few long days, but the outcome was well worth the reward once that SOLD sign went up.. They took care of everything and kept me informed constantly.. I had so many showings I needed my own secretary to keep track lol.. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this dream team... in the end they will make your dreams come true..
