I was visiting my parents in Belleville when I decided to inquire about a new phone at Rogers inside the Quinte Mall. Chris, the store manager was super helpful and after reviewing my current phone plan, he even recommended a different phone plan where I would actually saved money and received more data. Unfortunately, since I wasn’t the primary contact on the account Chris was unable to assist me. Instead, Chris took the time and wrote out all the details about the phone I wanted and the changes we would need to make to the phone plan. Chris even provided his cell number should we run into any issues. The next day, my husband and I visited our local Rogers where sure enough the person behind the counter wasn’t aware of the promotion. We called Chris who got everything sorted out with our local store within minutes. Chris went above and beyond. The fact that he provided his cell number and answered it on a Sunday afternoon speaks volumes for his dedication to customer service. We truly appreciate his outstanding service and that he took the time to find the best phone plan for my husband and I. Chris was truly a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I will be making the drive to Belleville the next time we need to upgrade our phones. -Brandy

Melissa went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Phil and Melissa were a godsend to me July 7th. Shopping with my granddaughter and her friend, who was having a TOTAL meltdown because her phone was at 5% battery usage. We tried everything to get her phone recharged from buying a new cord and charger, which were not compatible, to having a 13 year old hissy fit. Finally we found ourselves at Rogers, Quinte Mall. Inside there we found a couple of guardian angels. Melissa god bless her let the little one charge her phone inside her store, using their charger which was compatible to her new cord. Melissa and Phil were so good with the girls. We stayed in the store for about half an hour, charging the phone till we had to leave to catch our bus. They were extremely compassionate to our dilemma. I was impressed by them and how they helped a young girl. The crying and heartache stopped because she could make contact with her mother again. Thank You Melissa and Phil for not turning us away, you are a shinning example of what customer service is all about.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing, and answered all our questions and even calculated the cost of different plans to allow us an informed decision. We kept her well past closing time and she didn’t try and rush us, and ensured that we were leaving without anymore questions or concerns. Just wanted to recognize an especially amazing experience tonight. For 4 or 5 years now once a year I take my dad (in his eighties) to load up more minutes on my mom’s cell phone senior flip phone they don’t even sell anymore there. Each year my dad spends $100 for a years worth of minutes that my mom rarely uses because the phone is really just for emergencies. This year we were greeted by Nicholas I think was his name (fitting for Christmas) who very kindly called the service for my dad and had them “top up and carry over” which I overheard him say to the person on phone that they really aren’t supposed to do. We were expecting to then pay the usual $100 plus dollars but were told that we actually were able to carry over minutes from last year and NOT PAY ANYTHING! WOW!! I can’t say how touched we both were by this kindness and thoughtfulness , which earned the salesman zero commission but impressed me and my dad tremendously!! Rogers you have an extraordinary employee at this store! And I will tell everyone I know about this wonderful experience!! ❤️

We've dealt with Rogers many times in the past, however the visit at this Rogers store this evening was hands down the worst experience. The customer service rep was unhelpful, unwelcoming, and presented a total lack of empathy. Though the employee was knowledgeable about the processes, they showed zero care when we expressed our problem. The rep stared at us in silence - literally - until we said farewell and left the store. The interaction was akin to an interaction I would have with a robot - a very strange encounter. Please train staff in emotional intelligence before putting them on the floor. At the very least, basic greetings or how to close a conversation in positive a manner.

After getting my new large phone at the Rogers store in Trenton, I accidently dropped it and cracked the screen. Thankfully I had device protection on my phone, and was instructed to take it to the Quinte mall for a free screen repair. While I waited for my phone to get repaired, I decided to visit the Rogers store in the mall. I sure am glad I did! I got another phone added to my account (for my new love of my life) at a fantastic price! I also got an extra 3 gig of data and a FREE tablet for just $10 extra a month! I put device protection on everything, got my new girl her own Rogers cash back card, and put liquid glass screen protector on both devices! (Gotta minimize that specific absorption rate of that radiation) This is one of the best Rogers stores in all of Canada! (Second only to the Rogers store in Trenton)
