There are so many descriptive words to say about Gord, Awesome is just one of them. When Dad had a stroke and we needed to make the family cottage wheelchair accessible, Gord made the plans that not only got the project approved, he made the plans so descriptive a lay handyman could use them to build an entire new home . Besides the plans, Gord was a great pleasure to work with to find the best solutions that compliment the existing design of the Cottage. This included designing a accessible washroom and bedroom additions to the 80 year old building

We needed a set of engineered drawings as well as some structural load specifications for the new boathouse we are building. Gord not only came up with some amazing drawings, the detail he put into them helped to us not only to get the building permits and approval from the conservation authority to build a perminent replacement boathouse. Our only regret is going to the builder's recomended drafting person that created drawings that were not acceptable and delayed construction. Thank goodness a neighbor recomended Gord to help get the right plans done.
