I've had work done by DeWal a couple times now and each time I am impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism and courtesy. This last time I've had issues with the water pump shuting off and not getting water flow. I had thought it was the pump itself and was looking to get it replaced. When the plumber got there (Alex), he did a thorough examination and found out it was actually the piping that needed some repairs. He was patient and explained what he was doing so that I felt included. He was done in a timely manner and the job was reasonably priced. He was also running late, but the office made sure to give me a heads up prior to the agreed time. This is greatly appreciated! Would recommend for sure.

Owning rental property it seems plumbing needs are sudden and unexpected. Dewal plumbing have always responded quickly. The tenant called at the supper hour to say water was backing. My initial phone call was returned almost immediately via text message and the payment method was easy too. The bill was sent via email and paid with EFT. I want to explain why I could only give you 3 stars. Technically, your service was excellent. But...I have to say, the cost was shocking to me! I think that's the right word. It took literally 10 minutes to switch out my UV lamp. After installation, Jevon advised me that the cost of my lamp on Amazon was cheap. I looked it up...$60. Good to know. Even with a $20 mark up = $80 So I am still shaking my head about this. $80 + 10 minutes service time = $239 ???? I have great respect for the trades. And I expect there's a flat fee for a service call, but I can't support a get-rich-quick franchise. I guess I would still recommend Jevon...but I think I'll have to look elsewhere in the future Sincerely, Greg Hunter

The first plumber said the faucet was too old and corroded to be properly fixed. I disagreed with this assessment and called DeWal. He got the job done, cleaned up any corrosion around the base of the faucet. The bottom line is he got the job done, the faucet looks great and there are no more leaks.
