Great rooms and friendly service only thing is they only have one elevator we just ended up using the stairs whenever we wanted to go out to the Northway restaurant.

At the height (I hope) of Covid, I felt so safe here with their Covid practices, super-clean rooms and lots of sanitizer for us to use, including a bottle in the room. The tv remote had been sanitized and wrapped in cellophane as was the coffee machine. They really thought through common touch points that are harder to sanitize and had a solution. I am fussy about beds and the bed here was excellent. The rooms are well appointed and nicely decorated. They look very new. The front desk person was friendly and helpful and I found local restaurants very willing to deliver to my room for dinner. I highly recommend the Greek Oasis.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet. And we had excellent service from Kara who helped me with the initial reservation, recommended Linguine's for dinner and checked us in and out. Will stop here again for sure!

My husband and I decided to do a last minute weekend getaway to Prince Edward County and due to everything there being booked up or crazy expensive, we decided to stay at the Radisson in Belleville which is about 30 minutes away. Overall we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well tended to, the COVID-friendly breakfast that was included was simple and basic but not bad for quick morning snack as we headed out for the day, and the staff were very pleasant to deal with as well. We had no major complaints with our stay and the hotel is located smack dab in the middle of town with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby which was nice.

This is the definition of a hidden gem. We really loved this place, everything from the warm reception from the girl at the reception desk to the way she answered our questions before deciding on which hotel we would spend the night. The rooms are really cool and have everything that you really need to work and relax. I often travel between Montreal and Toronto and this will definitely be my default hotel. Highly recommended place.

Nice hotel and very clean, but beds are awful (one of them felt like a water bed - would toss the other person up when one person moved on the bed). Woke up to a significant chunk of our room soaked from the AC unit leaking overnight which soaked into bags, but maintenance promptly came in to take care of the issue while we were out. Very quiet in halls which is a plus, and beautiful newly-renovated lobby.

Nice and quiet for weekend getaway after a day at the beach. Many restaurants around which is a plus for me. ????

Good parking space and friendly staff

The place is nice and well maintained. Did not like the cleanliness of the swimming pool thought... That was a family using the pool before we went, we saw some nasty mucus floating in the water... We spoke to someone and reported the issue. We decided(obviously not to swim) and went back to our room. Surprisingly 15 min later we decided to go out and we saw other people swimming... Therefore, I do not believe they did what they supposed to...

Hae to change rooms 3 times due to issues. Key cards would not last more than 12 hours and needed replaced ever night. Facility was clean but repairs done from previous damage was amateur at best.

Charged me extra way overpriced for pets and stole my cromecast when I accidentally left it plugged into the TV well hidden. Never again.
