Andrew cares! He had no problem coming to help clean up someone else's mess! We had a terrible experience with another roofing company. One week after our new roof was complete we came downstairs to water pouring through our kitchen ceiling! The owner of the company came to the house, commented that his crew had made and error and he made the repair. When it came time to repair the kitchen ceiling, he washed his hands clean of us and walked away. We continued to have further issues as he did not fix the problem(s). Now there is damage to kitchen cupboards, walls and the floor in the basement. Andrew was determined to find the problem and help us! We have had a few good rain falls since Andrew has been to make repairs, and so far so good, no signs of water. He found the issues and made the repairs! Now we can finally move forward with the interior repairs. Thank you Andrew!
