We hired another contractor to build an addition for my 91 year old mother so she could come and live with us but after the contrctor we hired took all our money, and left with our project nowhere near completion. We then found ourselves in need of a contrractor that would be willing to help us to figure out how much more work still needs to be done to complete the project and make it livable.. We also required an estimate of the additional cost to give to our lawyer so that we could recouperate some of the funds to allow us to complete the project. When I called Brendan and explained where things were at and the situation that the contractor left us in, he was here a few days later to help us out. He walked around the project explaining what was needed and how much it would cost to actully get our addition to the point tht mom would be ble to ctully live in it. Brendan was so kind and understanding. He explained everything and spent almost the whole day here. He answered all our questions and told us how much it would cost to finish or fix things in a way that made it so easy to understand things. We were very lucky to have found Brendn. His professionlism, experience and knowledge definitely made difference to us and we would recommend Brendan and his company to anyone that was considering having some work done. He is not just another contractor, he actually cares about what he does and how it's being done. You will never be sorry that you hired them to any work for you.

We worked with Brendan to capture a recent renovation project of his for a 130 year old farmhouse. The project came together beautifully and we were honoured to capture the end results. We spoke with his client while we were there as well and they were thrilled with the project and how it came together! From what we understand, Brendan's process is 100% transparent and clients always have access to the costing on their project. What an amazing concept that shows the honest and integrity of Brendan and Alair Homes Belleville. Brendan is a fantastic guy to work with as well. Strong communication skills, a fair negotiator and always values the work of others. From the moment that we called Alair Homes Bellville to see if they would take on our home build we knew they were the company we wanted to work with. We spoke to Brendan Troy, and he was enthusiastic, sincere and extremely attentive. He was always honest, detailed and extremely helpful (since we have never built a house before). We realised quickly we could trust this team to complete our home even from Toronto. Fast forward about 9 months and we are writing this review in our new living room in the house which we (family of 4) have now lived in for a month and couldn’t be happier. It has exceeded our expectations and is exactly what we discussed from the beginning. Brendan's team was great as well. Adrian & Jeff were lovely and fantastic to deal with. We can't praise this company enough! Couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout! PS - our home was completed on time and under budget even through the COVID-19 pandemic... that’s a reason enough to trust these guys.
