Working with Phil on the design and execution of our landmark lakefront estate was truly one of the highlights of the whole plan and build experience. Phil understood our vision and our design features, and executed it with a bulls eye on the first go around. Phil was always there when we needed changes (which were very small), plans, documents, or advise. In fact our trades were surprised by how quickly we were able to make a phone call for anything and get it done or to us right away. We were so pleased with the work on our last property that we are now working with Phil on our next project which will exceed the last landmark project and yield a project second to none on the lake in scope, design and scale.
