Emailed looking for a quote. Took over a week for a response--- at which point in time I contacted them again. Finally received a response. Was informed no one would be able to come out for over a month to look at my project.. Following emails were also ignored. Unknown to them, they also attached another email from another person.. Asking for a response to THEIR email... When I pointed that out. My email was ignored again. Canceled my appointment. Will look else where. Which is unfortunate, as I've had family use them and there work was decent. Not for everyone I suppose.

They agreed to come do a quote for me. Then I had to call to follow up to learn that it was cancelled and they rescheduled for the next week. I then received a phone call 30 minutes before they were to show up advising they were booked for the year.

Tyler and his team did a great job on retaining wall in our backyard, took only four days (although long ones, they start very early). The wall looks great, too bad the view is all for our neighbours. But we are very happy with the levelled backyard and dirt not falling from under our feet anymore.

I have used Big Rock twice. Tyler put in a large patio and walkway in the back and side of my house and then I hired him again 3 years later to install stone stairs and a retaining wall around the front garden. Both jobs exceeded our expectations. Tyler was professional, never cut corners and the final price was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Big Rock.

Last year I paid $8,000. 00 in landscaping services with Tyler. Already the stone patio and step are caving in. He made an appointment with me after several attempts to call him. He didn't show up for that and has not answered either of the phone numbers listed. I have been trying to get in contact with him for over 2 months now leaving many messages with no success. I would NOT recommend this company. The Innisfil website is the same company but for some reason it won't let me post on there.
