My whole family stayed/lived there for nearly 9 months last year, preceding and following the birth of our 2nd son, Enzo. No words could ever do this place justice - no praise would be high enough. I'll never forget our time there, nor will I ever repay this debt. My family and I are forever grateful for this truly incredible sanctuary.

This place is so important for people in B.C. and Yukon who need support for their little ones who are getting help at Children’s hospital. If you are outside of Vancouver this service is for your community. This place is where children can be children and parents can unburden some of the hurt and get support of others. They are funded by the community, businesses and individuals. There is no government funding, and residents only pay $12/day if they can afford it. It costs $120/day to operate. So please consider donating to this amazing cause.

RMH BC does an excellent job of creating a home away from home. We spent several 2 month stays as well as approximately a dozen shorter stays. They do a great job of accommodating those in need of nearby treatment!

This place is just incredible! It's very well run with incredible staff and volunteers. The building is very warm and welcoming and kept very clean. There are many little places and spaces to hang out in, with many fun activities to enjoy.

Our second home for the last 4 years. RMHBC has put my sister and nephew up while he underwent multiple surgery's. The staff is beyond amazing, it's very clean and really keeps families together. There is lots for the kids to do in the house as well as several sponsored outings. I will forever be greatful for the work that RMH does and the home they provide for so many.

This place is amazing. When people are in situations that are overwhelming this supportive family orientated charity organization helps people meet the needs of their children and family. Meals, social work, activities, a communal environment with people sharing strategies to cope with the hardships or having a child who needs care at the children's hospital. I can't think of anything negative to say about this place, it has been like a blessing to many.

We were there for 4 days and it was an amazing experience and far exceeded all our expectations! Built in 2015 to LEED Gold standards with high-efficiency everything, it's a big complex with art room, music room, Lego room, video game room, toy room, 100 inch TV, outdoor lounges, outdoor shinny rink and basketball court, quiet room, serene room with projections of ocean or forest all around, free food for some of your meals, giant well-equipped kitchens, and performances and workshops throughout the week. Kitchen and dining room are warm, so bring shorts and T-shirt for cooking.

I had the chance to volunteer here with my company and provide a dinner for the families, and the building is fantastic. From four quadrants of housing and central kitchens and dining areas, the Ronald McDonald House offers a lot. They even have a room known as the "magic" room for kids that projects and provides a calm feeling. I am definitely will volunteer here in the futer!

I can not say enough about this house. There is nothing harder in the world thab hearing "your daughter has stage 4 cancer" in my mind. I can't not count the hours I have spent crying since I have heard. When I come here my daughter gets to be a child. She runs and plays with other sick kids, she does art almost everyday thanks to volunteers *god bless volunteers*, they feed us, they have Nintendo night for the kids, they have movie night for familys, they have massage therapy for kids and adults, they have countless activities including a lego room and an outside play area. This is a charity that you can 100% support, they give everything back and they love children. There is not a single day that goes by I won't support this place and i will give everything i can forever to help everyone after me. Please please please if you're reading this and feel compelled give $1 to RMH or support them on happy meal day. I promise you it all goes to an amazing place. And if you're coming here soon welcome, please reach out to anyone here because NO ONE fights alone, we are all in this together.

Absolutely amazing place , been staying there for a year and couldn't ask for better accommodations when you have a sick kid, couldn't ask for better staff and the programming / family meals done by groups of friends / organizations / companies / schools are amazing. Will always recommend over other charitable organizations that offer accommodations to families of sick kids.

Amazing, so greatful for the hospitality from all the staff, even the familys that was there when we were. Rooms are very nice and clean, lots of fun things for the kids and family, alot of though put in from the staff to make it a place for the kids to go and forget why they are there. But the beds and pillows are not the most comfortable, only complaint.

Beautiful place! Our group came here to volunteer, and afterwards they offered a tour for us. It's amazing that this place has so many rooms and the families of sick children can get to stay here for either free or really cheap daily rates, it provides such a relief for the families that are going through hard times. Awesome place, and your happy meal purchases go toward more houses like this! Good job RMH!
