Replaced two decks that were also the roof of our house. David & Clair did an awesome job. Timely, professional and great communication. Excellent attention to detail - they did lots of little extras that will make a big difference over time that I would not have known about, like recutting my existing timber posts so that there is a small air gap between the post & the deck to prevent the post from sucking rain up & rotting. Very impressed with the entire project that they did for us.

Update: Hired Solkor to build a water feature. Many operational issues. Had to tear it down and build it myself from the ground up. Don’t count on the promised 5 year warranty as we did. Previous: We contracted Solkor to extend our deck to accommodate a sunken hot tub and expanded seating area. Our first criteria was completion in time for a family event. Rob and the Solkor team met that goal and also exceeded our expectations for quality and work ethic. It was a pleasure working with this group of professionals. Outcome is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

I hired Solkor to re-landscape a tired front and back yard for my 30 year old home that I purchased 4 years ago. They started the work in the dead of winter and successfully installed the majority of the hard landscape features during the winter months, and then returned in the early spring to finish the job. Having Solkor on site doing the landscape work went exceptionally well. They were very courteous and clear in communication with both myself and also ensuring that neighbors who were impacted by their work were kept up to date and assured that any temporary disruptions would be cleaned up. They kept the site neat and cleaned up throughly went they were finished. They also provided a high level of communication and updating throughout the progress of the project with emailed update including pictures explaining what they were doing which was really helpful, as well as timely phone calls if there were any questions or concerns to be addressed. I am so pleased with the end result of the project, the whole area is transformed and refreshed and is a pleasure to work and relax in.
