The location is phenomenal and I heard some rooms have very beautiful view. But for my room, based on how small it was with no view on ground floor, it was really pricey even after I got conferenece rate.

Is this a hotel? I'm not sure you can just call them and book in, but maybe you can. The rooms are very well done and everyone is friendly and helpful. There is good food on site and summer hiking nearby.

Rock Star Today

Although the rooms are small, they are tastefully decorated and minimalist. I could see the majestic mountains from the bed! The coffee center was in a dark nook, but not the end of the world. I was speaking at the conference centre and this room was great for inspiration to finish my presentation. Nice modern touches with natural wood to make it feel homey. The grounds are beautiful, complete with Elk!

Great place to stay in Banff. Very affordable and close to the downtown area. The staff here were awesome and quick to help with needs we had.

Very clean and nice rooms, beds are very comfy and the staff are very helpful Breakfast buffet at vistas is exceptional and you get fantastic views

But why

Wonderful setting. I think the rooms were recently renovated. In some instances design won over functionality. We could get the bathroom door to slide properly. The reading light was complicated and one was burned out, and it seems at 25 years since we slept in a double bed. But overall, cute room in Banff.

The view of the valley was spectacular, and the room had a quaint cabin-like feel to it. Nice to be right on campus and a short distance from town.
