This 5 star rating is accurate for a number of reasons. Most importantly Nathan Condo was "on time' and "on budget". He was present and working along with his employees every step of the project. He enlisted two other sub contractors which provided quality products and service. He was able to communicate in layman's terms which led to exactly what I wanted. His skill provided superior results and did not come with a misleading "pitch" and subsequent poor workmanship like I have experienced in the past. Note: Be careful when viewing glossy websites and perfect reviews. Do your homework. These reviews have been proven to be in favour of the business hiring the company posting the reviews. Be leary of if the BBB has an A+ rating and every review is 5 stars. I have provided 2 referrals for Big Wall already and my project was just completed yesterday. Nathan's business operates on "Word of Mouth" which has clearly worked over his years in business.
