I just saw one of their sites that was being built near my house, it has been built and its fantastic very smooth ground. I have even learned how to do a wheelie because of how smooth dark and nice it is, so thanks IRC.

A privately owned engineering company that still operates with a very classy approach to product quality and work environment that have been a clear reflection of the personality of its founder and family for almost thirty years. There is a continuous and growing commitment to good work and customer service, which I feel it is extremely important when you go back home every day with the satisfaction of having done honest work under the direction of professional managers and supervisors with the highest standards of content and style for a good engineering product. I have experienced different feelings in other places in the past, so it is hard not to compare between a money-making business with a good and honest engineering service. Feeling proud of being part of this team effort seems to be most significant when I have to respond to my son when he greets me with the typical daily question: "How was work today?" Without ignoring the added bonus of a nice working physical environment, with fresh fruit and healthy food available in the nice kitchen every day, and indulging in a cheerful meeting for Pizza-Friday at the end of every month. Special events that allow us to meet with our families in celebrations of the change of seasons and extra and extended vacation days between Christmas and New Year are a valuable break to recharge the spirit for another year.
