Our cats, Percy & Rajah, recently got diagnosed with pancreatitis and the staff has been nothing but helpful through the entire process! They answer the million of questions I have without sounding annoyed since I’ve called them a couple times in one day. The Doctors there are both very nice and the vet assistants are the best I’ve ever had! I’d recommend coming here for sure :)

We just had our dog in for dental cleaning and extractions and Dr. Mann and his team are amazing. So patient, informative, kind and caring. During the pre-visit before the surgery, we found out he had a heart murmur which can make surgery more tricky. Dr. Mann shared all the options with us and what he thought would be best. Our dog had no issues and is recuperating. We will continue using South Fraser Animal Hospital for our pet needs.

In the past 2 years I have had nothing but the most amazing experiences with the staff of clearbrook animal hospital. I have a 13 year old Border Collie. She is super nosy and what i thought was accident proned at first. This was due to a small mass on her eyelid which was skillfully removed (no noticable scar)and found to be benign. However, Just yesterday she couldnt even stand without falling over they determined that she isnt producing enough liver enzymes and now today (less than 12hrs after coming home from their care she is her happy jumpy little self again. I am so greatful for the hard work and effort the staff here put in to keeping my fur baby here with me!!!!! ???????????? I have never experienced such prompt care from previous vets, if i call about anything (vaccine, finding a tick after camping) i will always have an appointment within 15min of my call, or answers to my questions within the hour. Too bad human Dr offices werent this efficient ????, Thank you sooo much for treating my baby girl sooo well!!!

A big Thank You to all the staff here at Clearbrook! I'm relatively new to town and did not have a regular vet to go to so when my pug came down with a really bad cough I had to find a good vet.. based on the reviews I didn't get a good impression of the 24hr emergency vet, and I tried another place with more reviews down the road but was turned away for "not having an appointment"! So thankfully I came to Clearbrook because they were absolutely wonderful and not pressuring for high cost treatments, they presented me several options and I opted for an x-ray because it could rule out other more serious conditions.. thankfully it turned out to "only" be an upper respiratory infection and nothing more major so I'm glad I got the x-ray and I feel much better and I got antibiotics to make my little guy all better again ???? Everyone here was wonderful, thank you again Clearbrook ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been taking my animals to this clinic for many years. So far, I have not had any negative experiences with the location or staff. I have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to make things easier and more affordable for me when my cats have needed surgery and amputations. The clinic follows up promptly with me, giving me reminder calls, and periodically calling throughout my animals recovery stage to check in on how they are doing. I have dealt with 2 of the veterinarians from this location and both were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, helping me making tough decisions throughout my animals health care. I have recommended this veterinarian clinic to family and friends, whom have all had positive experiences as well.

Today I took my cat Buddy in for a check up due to his constant cries for more food and no matter how much he eats, he is losing too much weight. Dr. Vishesh Jalan clearly explained the possible causes. I agreed to CVL Geriatric Panel and Dr. Vishesh took the time to explain the results so I understood and answered all my inquiries. He offered suggestions to keep Buddy's health in good standing. The ladies at the front desk (Jessica & Krysten) greeted me with a smile, were very friendly & knowledgeable. They informed me that they would be following up on Buddy's progress during the next 2 weeks. Buddy received excellent care and I received a discount on the dental work. My little 3 yr. old Chihuahua, Sweet Pea, is treated like gold every time we visit. She needed 3 teeth extracted and I was told by 2 other vets that it would cost me between $1200 - $1500! Clearbrook only charged me $350 and allowed me to make payments. They are kind, compassionate and caring and Carrie, in the office, is amazing. I will never take my fur babies to another vet. Thanks, Clearbrook for such amazing care.

While they were kind enough to take in a cat last minute the whole experience was disorganized and chaotic. They have loud music blaring in the lobby causing it to be a stressful environment for the animals. The woman at the desk was rude and confrontational, tried to charge me too much until I proved the bill was wrong. The vet ordered tests that ended up being not necessary and charged a premium for them. I’ve received the same tests from other vets for 1/5 the cost.

My dog is a rescue and these vets are SO good with him. What ended in a muzzle, tears, sweat, and puddles on the floor in one vets office with still no immunization, took 1 minute with absolutely no problems at Clearbrook Animal Hospital. They are upfront and honest, and aren't out for an easy money grab. I absolutely love this vet. I drive from Vancouver just to come here.

I had a pet rat become suddenly ill and called around til I was recommended here. I was thankfully able to get a same-day appointment. Dr Satveer was informative and kind explaining what he did , as well as giving advice. They really seem to care about the animals and I'm very grateful my precious baby will be okay.

I had many concerns with this vet. One thing is for sure, if your "radar" is telling you something is not right, then chances are you're correct!!! Like many other reviews here, they seemed very nice and helpful at first, but after a few appointments (with both our cat and dog) we started to notice some things that were very wrong. First of all, they did a terrible job on my cat's surgery and the wounds would not heal. I kept bringing him back with these open wounds, and they kept saying that he was fine and to only bring him back if they started to bleed...? Then, our dog had a broken leg and we had to bring him back weekly to get his bandage replaced and they charged us a huge fee every time (even though they were using the same splint and just wrapping with new bandage, a five minute task while we waited in the waiting room). When I finally took him to another vet, they told me that we had been seriously overcharged... They called over asking for our animal's files to be sent over and had to wait almost a week for that to happen. Every time I went to an appointment, they gave me a number of medications to administer, but didn't seem to be able to clearly explain to me how much I should be giving... and they always included this paste that I was supposed to give them (both animals). I finally said "what is this one for exactly, as I've been given it twice for different conditions??" and they said this was like a vitamin supplement, it wasn't even anything to do with the meds my animals needed for their injuries, it was just a health product that they just went ahead and pushed on me, hoping I wouldn't notice. My guess is they get paid for selling it.... Very disappointing. I will never go back here.... and it looks like they own Alpha Animal Hospital on Whatcom Road as well. The same names on their business cards It's also very concerning to me that these guys have their credentials whited out on their business cards..... I have a card and the "DVM" next to the doctor's names has white out on top of it... Not sure why that would be, but judging by the treatment we received with two different animals, I would not be surprised if those credentials were taken away.

My little fur baby was having a urinating issue and although coming in very last minute the doctors had no issue staying back to help my fur baby Raiyn. She was suddenly peeing blood turned out she had a very big bladder stone, Dr. Satveer and Dr.vj were very caring and fit her in for surgery right away even though they had such busy schedule already. Absolutely disgusted with this vet. I had a medical emergency with my pet and called this vet to try and get in. The website says they were open till 6 and it was 5:30. The vet answers the phone asks what is wrong with my pet so I explain and then after he tells me that he can’t help because they’re closed and that they close at 4. If he wasn’t going to help then why even ask what my situation is?! Such a waste of time! I told him the site says 6 which he said he would get changed, but it still says 6.

Seeing Trails

This is not the right clinic for me. I found the vet himself to be condescending and my concerns fell of deaf ears. I have 2 special needs cats that were unadoptable so I brought them here, from Ontario, 3 months ago. I brought one of my cats in because I felt a lump and it needed to be removed. During the physical he showed concern for the cats teeth, and rightfully so however, he wouldn't listen to what my preferred veterinarian of 15 years told me to do. I was trying to get my point across that he's a special needs cat who has diet supplements to prevent his eyes from getting gummed up. Sorry, but, it's much easier to take one 85g can of cat food and put the supplements in the food than it is to pill 2 cats 2x a day, with pills the size of aspirin. If he took the 30 seconds to review the vet records I provided he may have had some understanding of the situation and not just shunned my concerns. I felt he was looking at me as a neglectful owner when I'm the exact opposite, I rescue animals. When I had the lump removed I came to pick up my cat. I had some conversation and found out that they didn't even copy his records I brought, on my first visit. Luckily I brought them again and they copied them. So now I'm stuck thinking.... if he didn't review the animals history before sedating it and operating on it, the wrong animal would have died. To me that's flagrant malpractice and very unprofessional. So a week after the surgery my cats stitches came out. I'm assuming his brother my have done it during grooming or perhaps during a wrestling match between the two while I was at work. I came home from work at 3 a.m and immediately emailed their 24 hour emergency through their website.... I got no response. I called in the morning booked the cat in. I asked for a quote and couldn't get one. They said they would call with one and they never called. At this point I'm just going to go to another vet. This isn't my first rodeo as I worked with a rescue so I've dealt with my share of vets. I whole heartedly believe that this clinic lacks the compassion and professionalism to be trusted with my loved ones. _____________________________________________ Seeing as how I can't respond to your response I canat least edit this on 12/14/2016, 2 months after the review. You did not off to redo the surgery, you called and claim to offer to redo the stitches only after I had sent an email. You sir are dishonest in an effort to maintain a good online appearance.

I recently had my pups ears cropped at Clearbrook Animal Hospital. I live in Saskatchewan where there is a ear cropping ban and had heard that this vet had been doing ear croppings for many years. As my family lives in the Fraser Valley I thought it would be very convenient for them to help me in getting the puppy there. When I got a picture of the finished "producted" his ears were down....Reason for having them cropped in the first place before anyone freaks out is because he is to be a working dog, so for is safety, he can't have floppy ears. I freaked out and called the vet explaining how I don't live in BC and will be needing the problem fixed before I received this pup, he told me to calm down, trust him and that the ears would be up in 2 weeks, if not they would need to be taped and then all would be fine, and if not to please contact them because they would be more then willing to help. 2 weeks later I took my pup to the vet in Saskatchewan to have his ears taped and stitches removed. She advised me that the crop had been done wrong, they weren't to breed standards and that the puppy would have to have corrective surgery to relieve the pressure in his ears. I immediately called Clearbrook Animal Hospital, after letting him know what happened, and what is now going to have to happen, his response was " well I can't help you, you are out of province, so unless you come back to BC, I can't help you." He was very rude and abrupt, not wanting to take any responsibility for is botched crop job. Just a warning, this vet clinic seems pleasant at first, but do awful work, don't follow through on promises and are very rude after they get your money. Don't use this vet.

My poor little rotty puppy got her paw closed in a truck door, went there After calling around and was quoted 200$ for exam and xray. Then upon examination, Dr. deemed the xray unnecessary and just needed an anti-inflammatory shot and 3 days of pain killers. Ended up walking away with a 66$ vet bill.....that never happens they even gave me a discount on the exam since she is still a puppy and was just recently checked out for 1st shots not even 2 weeks ago. We'll definitely be back for future care

I would never take any of my pets back to this clinic, the vet was extremely non impersonable, I came in for an exam of my dog due to a gash in her face from an unknown cause. They did not allow me in the examination space and came out to give me a $700+ bill, wanting to stitch, sedate and give her several antibiotics and pain medication which she quite obviously did not need as she is very clearly not bothered by it and is not displaying a single symptom of discomfort. I paid for the exam and a package of antibiotics and went straight to Fraser Valley Animal hospital where they said it looks very clean, and with proper care of cleaning it and antibiotics it is absolutely okay to leave. I have a follow up appointment with them Thursday. I allowed them to give my dog an antibiotic shot at Clearbrook and now she is throwing up. I had an awful experience here and I would never come back. Please read reviews and do not take your precious pets here.

We brought our 3 year old Boston in for some dental work. From the moment we walked in our mind was put at ease by the super knowledgeable staff (Carrie) is amazing with animals. They were friendly and provided a excellent affordable service. We expected a much higher bill given that dental is not cheap. We can see they truly care about animals and keep vital procedures affordable. They were excellent communicators and kept us informed. There were no surprises when it came time to pay. We recommend Clearbrook Animal Hospital all the way. Your pet will thank you too.

I took my precious girl kitty in to see the vet at Clearbrook Animal Hospital in late March. She was very sick. The girls at the front desk and the vet, Dr. Vijay, were all amazing! They were all so gentle and kind with her (and me! frantic kitty-mom...). Dr. Vijay examined her thoroughly and diagnosed her problem quickly, got her on antibiotics to get her well, and then booked a free follow up appointment. I also booked a complete dental exam and cleaning as her teeth and gums were in a very bad way, part of the reason of her acute infection back in March. The dental work, including removal of 1 rotten tooth, took place April 24/17 and I can't believe how well she is today! Happily playing and eating like her old self! I highly recommend this place; they are caring, kind and explained everything to me in terms I could understand.

This is in response to Brent McGillivray's review of our services. The treatment plan we recommended for Riley was the best option for his broken nail, not because it was the most expensive but because it was the best way to eliminate his pain and to treat the infection. Our recommendations are given with your pets best interest in mind. You have the right to refuse what we recommend and go with the cheaper option if you like it just may not solve the problem the first time and end up costing you more in the long run. As far as us "pushing" unnecessary products not related to the original complaint, I was simply discussing Flea, Tick and de worming products with the lady who brought him in. This is my job, I educate my Clients on Parasite control because I care about the animals comfort. De worming was stressed because internal parasites can be passed to children, especially infants.

We had our beloved pet rat BoBo, he had a stroke or something that attacked his brain.. We had no money and we didnt want our baby Bo to suffer.. I called everywhere and we had no luck.. When i called Clearbrook, the sweet gal had asked the vet and they both said that we could bring in our BoBo and they would make sure he doesn't suffer, and that is exactly what they did.. Would not recommend this vet to anyone. At one point, I had called the SPCA on him as his children were in the back room violently spinning kitten around on an office chair thinking such an act to be humorous. Very disappointing to see that children of a vet would treat any animal that way. A second incident that had taken place: a tragic accident had happened to my relatives' cat. I did not have all the money upfront as it was not my cat, but offered to put a deposit down. I understand he was not impressed that I could not pay the bill immediately. Once I had told him that I could not pay the full bill he had said I should have told his staff in the beginning so then there would a limit on what he would have done to attempt to save the cat. I am aware that he is running a business but I am appalled he was not interested in saving my cat because of the money. He does not show a kind heart to saving animals and compassion to help. He is just wanting a pay cheque at the end of the day. This to me concludes a lack of professionalism as well as no love for his job. Try a different field.

From the moment I called I felt like they were going to take great care of my cat. I had to switch last second the appointment I had made due to traffic and they were incredibly gracious about it. The main receptionist/vet assistant was amazing! She loved my cat like it was her own and was super easy to talk to. I took my dog here for a hernia repair after being quoted $1100 at a different vet. I was charged less than $200 for the same procedure at Clearbrook AH ! My dog was instantly herself and I didn't even need to keep her cone on :) Thanks for the great service & affordable prices !!!

Not happy at all. Read good reviews so I went ahead and booked my dog to get his ears checked out for an infection. I had his wife as my vet and she was terrified of my shitzhu. He was put into a mussel because he bites when his sore ears are touched. She never did an exam yet I got charged for it. She wanted to put him under and keep him over night just to get her light in his ear. Are you serious? She never tried to calm him down or anything or even made any effort. I was charged for the exam and was sent home with drops and cleaning because she couldn't handle him. I understand they don't want to get bit but it's your job to calm the dog and not be afraid. He even let the assistant touch his ears just not her. I will say your assistant is amazing and friendly. I will never ever ever go back. She started fighting with me. I know what's right for my pup and I would never leave him with you. Happy we left with drops and now I'll be fixing his ear. I will belong to Whatcom and paying the extra fess. PS I find it funny how you guys only reply to good reviews but if you scroll down you have never commented on a bad review. Real good business practice when it shows you don;t care that you are loosing new clients.

My dog had what I thought was a seizure after running into the wall. My vet is in Mission so I took him to the closest one I could find. They took me right away. Vet said it may be internal bleeding. They gave him a shot to help with any possible swelling and said to watch him closely for 24 hours. I asked to have the records faxed over to my vet because I can never remember the name of the medications. Its been 3 days, no follow up call to see if hes ok, no records faxed to my vets office after multiple requests.

Not rabbit savy at all! They claim to have their license to work on rabbits but did everything wrong. Found out they gave the wrong dose of medicine to my rabbit (5 times less to be exact). Also got me to give it pointlessly for way longer then it should be given, which could harm my rabbit. They also gave me cat probiotics and tried convincing me that was totally fine. I questioned it repeatedly and was reassured that probiotics are all the same and it is safe. I decided to call 2 other rabbit vets and they both said it makes absolutely no sense to give a rabbit cat probiotics. Stop claiming to have your exotic license and that you are rabbit savy!

Disappointing. We took our dog to get a broken toe nail looked at. They insisted on doing the most expensive procedure to fix it without letting us know about other, viable cheaper options. Only with additional questioning did we finally get them to concede and admit to these other options. Then they proceeded to try and sell us other products that our dog didn't need and had nothing to do with the original reason we went there. I understand that it is a business and they are out to make money, but the pushy sales tactics went overboard. If you take your animal there, be prepared to be assertive and resist their tactics. Otherwise, they'll hit your wallet hard.

we took our dog daughter to this vet for annual check-ups and when she was having some anal gland problems v.j. recommended surgery. He assured us that the procedure is no problem and a 99.9% cure. After the surgery ( we paid extra for the recommended laser ) our poor 5 year old dogs rear end looks like it was attacked by a chainsaw. We now have to give the dog special care, cleaning,and diet and will have to, for the rest of her life. Please learn from my experience, Don't take your loved pet here.

Took my two cats here to deal with worms and get their shots. The environment was very friendly, and I was able to get quick service! Best part, since I have two cats I was able to take them in at the same time Prices were great, and all staff was gentle with my animals. Both of them felt relaxed the whole time, and the Doctor clearly knows his stuff. My cats can be somewhat fearful sometimes, but they felt right at home here. Would recommend to anyone looking for fast, friendly and affordable service

Took our old cat there today to get put down. First the price was 250 something, then , oops sorry I meant 325 and change, not very professional when you are already dealing with saying good bye to a dear friend. Once the poor cat was in the room the vet tried to talk us out of it , you know , so the cat could be put on medication to live longer. He weighed 3 pounds , he was suffering . So to boot , the nurse comes in to take him back to put the catheter in, and expects us to close the door behind her? And on top of that while we were trying to say good bye all you could hear was people laughing and talking. Totally inconsiderate and in my opinion unprofessional. Not saying it's a terrible place but definitely not impressed with their professionalism today. So in the future when this service is needed again we will go somewhere else.

I've been dealing with this clinic for several years. I trust and appreciate the compassion that Dr. VJ has for our animals. My only issue is that I have booked a couple appointments specifically with Dr. VJ and when I've arrived, there has been another vet to deal with. I may have to find a local vet in Chilliwack again :-(

Clearbrook Animal Hospital helped us in one of the hardest times of our lives. They were professional, caring and supportive and went above and beyond. Our fur baby lost his fight with cancer but the Doctors and staff worked with us all the way to make sure Domino was well cared for and all his needs were taken into consideration. I have been dealing with clearbrook animal hospital since 2010. My experiences with them are always wonderful. Carried is very caring and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff and compassionate vet. Pricing are very reasonable and very quick service. My last experience was amazing when driving VJ did the surgery on the knee of our lab. He is back to normal within 2-3 weeks. I recommend clearbrook to all my family and friends.

We've been taking our dogs there since before the previous vet retired and since Dr. VJ took over six years or so ago. We are very satisfied with him and his wife. They have treated our dogs and us exceptionally well. He told us they are available for us at anytime should we need them. His advice has always been accurate and prescribed treatments have worked as he said. He has performed two surgeries for us and both were successful without any problems. There have been a couple of times over the years that hired staff were not up to par, but that seems to be greatly improved now. My wife is very sensitive to issues of pet care and would not return to a clinic that was not completely proficient.

Personally I'm not a fan of their system they have going, I've never been able to meet the vet or speak to them directly. We thought we would give this place a shot since it's close to home. We have now switched back to our prior vet. The last visit I had was a follow up on his neutering and I asked about a rash on my dog, and was told omega 3 pulls would help. No. It turns out he has fleas and has an allergy to it I'm disappointed that the vet was not able to diagnose this and dismiss it.

Fabulous veterinary service. We have been taking our bookstore cat there for many years, and always receive outstanding diagnosis, treatment and care. After our most recent visit, they even emailed us to ask how our kitty was responding to the medication that they prescribed. Thorough and attentive care. Highly recommend. As a side note I have been going to Clearbrook Animal Hospital with various pets for almost 30 years. Even after a change of ownership, the quality of their services has not changed.

The price for an appointment is definitely better than other animal hospitals and believe me I've done my research! The doctors seem to really care how your pet is feeling and doing. It's not just about the money, although that's important. They were willing to work with me so I was able to do what my little guy required for his health. The office staff are incredible, Dr. V.J. is an amazing vet, their rates are very reasonable, they have wonderful, long hours. My cat Rufus has been having some urinary problems. They got Rufus in same day within an hour each time I had to go in, and the second time they redid an x-ray no charge to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was efficient and they handled Rufus with lots of love and care.

I always see the best in people and service but Clearbrook Animal Hospital is a very scary place for our beloved pets. Do yourself a favor and keep your beloved family member away from this animal hospital. There is so much better out there and available. The front of house staff are ignorant, extremely rude, aggressive to collect money! They really do not care about your best friend. Total lack of emotion and nasty chat back without any sympathy or respect! Just keep your best interest, beloved friends away from these people. Why I voted Brad Vis! Should explain. To Clearbrook Animal Hospital- My beloved Barney is spelled Barney! It was since November 2009. I have a folder two inches thick to prove it. Accuse me of spelling his name wrong on his passing was heartbreaking. You need these twenty somethings staff to get some education on people skills as I have never had a simple front desk worker bark at me out the door. Just terrible!! Thanks for the ignorance! Our dog needed a cruciate repair she severed the ligament on a Friday night. I spent all day Saturday phoning around trying to find a vet that could operate. They helped me over the phone, quoted me 1/2 the price anywhere else did. The vet even came in on his day off to do the surgery. Follow up appointments have been wonderful. The staff is amazing. 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

I called around the FV for a rabbit vet. No ONE would see him. It was an emergency with his eye. I even begged for just antibiotics for his eye until I could find a vet to fix his eye. They wouldn’t even offer that. Shameful. I went through over 11 phone calls from Mission to Maple ridge. FINALLY connected with someone who would see my rabbit. Since he saw my rabbit, I thought I would ask him about my mini pigs. He took them on as well; he openly admitted before my apt he had been reading books on them to try and learn their anatomy and ailments. How amazing is this?! He said he was committed to helping me. That is to really be commended - THANKYOU for not turning your back on me, or taking the easy road and just saying “no sorry”. Your commitment to care for the animals in this world is outstanding

BEWARE, STAY AWAY, GO TO ANOTHER VET I brought my little puppy here 2 weeks ago for the first and last time. What a horrible experience. I have been to numerous vets over the years and they have all been professional. This vet office is far from professional and clean. I could see in the back and someone was throwing a puppy up in the air and catching it. It was so tiny and had a look of fear in the eyes. I felt so bad, I wish I could have saved it, it was very fearful. Enough about that, and on to my experience. The vet was very rushed, my puppy was in and out in about 2 min. They charged me for a shot and a exam. How could that possibly take 2 min. I asked if everything was fine and the vet says yes, I don't have time to explain any further. The receptionist, I believe her name was Carrie, seemed rude and abrudpt. She would not answer me when I asked about the exam and the time frame it took to do. I was rushed out of there and charged for the exam which they clearly did not do. This is not a cost effective place or a place where they love animals. It is an in and out service so they can collect as much money as possible. I DO NOT recommend you going here for the health of your animals. Very poor quality vet service, lack of knowledge, egregious pricing, and unwelcoming receptionist. I wish I could give this place a negative star rating but it would not allow me to

Clearbrook Animal Hospital assisted me with helping my cat heal from a serious injury. I was stressed and upset and they walked me through everything and went above and beyond to help and be there for me, 7 days a week. Before and after work. My cat has been kept comfortable and is healing fantastic. I would happily stay with them forever! It's been a 6 week process of many appointments and medicine and care and every single team member has been supportive, fair, and wonderful.

I brought my young puppy in because as he had been sick for a couple days. They recommended some medication and to send his stool off for testing. I agreed and paid for everything upfront. I asked how long it should take to get the results and was told most likely the next day or worst case the day after. After 5 days of hearing nothing I called and again they said I should have the results the next day or the day following. It has now been 8 days and I have not heard anything. My puppy has since developed other symptoms and I have had to take him to another vet. I called again and I was told that the vet tried to call me, but they could not tell me when. If he did try and call he did not leave voicemail or follow up call/email. He has still not called me and I still have not gotten the results. I am very disappointed in the lack of care shown for my dog and will not be returning. It is not right in how long they neglected to give me my results or to make sure he was ok. And it is not right to charge people for services you didn't even end up providing. This is very neglectful as there is a chance I could've done something to stop him from getting sicker based on the results of the stool test.

I have been taking my English Bulldog Zues to another veterinary since he was 1 years old and now he is turning 8 in September. I had to change him since he was misdiagnosed for something very serious, when my breader told me to take him to VJay . I have to say he is by far the best Vet I have ever had . He actually cares and doesn't take your weakness for your pet for granted. Also his prices are reasonable.

My dog had to go in under emergency circumstances, and despite it being near the end of the day they stayed late to get him done so that he didn't have to stay over night. It was a minor surgery, removing a thorn from his eye, but he had to be put under and that takes time. I was happy with my experience and I would go back!

I took my pug there to have his coughing checked out and was immediately greeted by Kiera and Amanda. They were both very friendly and helpful at the front desk. We saw the doctor almost immediately which was nice since we didn’t have to wait long! Dr. Gill was also friendly and professional and answered all of the questions we asked. He was gentle with our dog and you can tell that he really cares. Kiera was efficient and knowledgeable at the front desk which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a really great experience and will definitely come back!

I did not bring another pet to your clinic until an emergency happened. The bill was paid within a week or so of the incident and a larger deposit was put down. You have terrorized multiple animals, also many of your staff have attempted to acquire evidence get your license pulled. Not in a place to be arguing.

I brought in a stray kitten to have it examined for a microchip. Turns out there was no chip and I asked the nurse if they can watch him for a few hours while I go to school. They told me they would charge me $25 and I accepted. I come after class to be told that they will not give me the cat back. Most likely to be sold. Do not trust this vet, they will tell you what you want to hear until it is no longer convenient for them.

I recently fostered a dog and the rescue I fostered for took their animals to this one. The visit was to have the dogs nails done and to check if she was spade or not. There was a tiny scar so we thought she already was. It too a few minutes before someone asked what I needed, explained why I was there and they took Zoe to the back. They shaved her so badly that they're was an angry razor rash along her tummy, there definitely was no care in how they treated her. They clipped only a few front nails and that was it. The doctor came out and said they think she was spade but would have to open her up to check. I said no, spike to my vet and was told that an x-ray or ultrasound would show if she was spade. In my opinion they are only out to money, i would never take my pet there. Very unprofessional.

Brought our little bunny Lola because of digestive issues and wouldn't eat plus was sick. Brought her in but it ended up being to late. She died on his table. They took costs including cleaning up the situation all on them then even mailed us a condolence card 2 weeks later. Highly recommend for your bunnies. They are people who care.

Would be a minus five stars if possible, I walked in with my puppy that had a huge a badly infected puncture hole on his poor little neck and asked them to please help me . My problem was I didn’t get paid for another 2 days . I should mention my puppy was attacked by a huge pit bull from behind. Anyhow the receptionist said she would ask the doc if they could help me .till I got paid .i guess 2 days was too far away.Mabe his bmw payments were due. Thanks for nothing.
