I reached out to Martour Travel mid- July and received help to book a trip happening rather soon. I let the representative know that we also needed travel insurance and was told they would get back to me . I never received a call back, instead an e-mail with the details and to respond back when ready to proceed. I responded right away to say we would like to purchase and have heard nothing back. I have been trying to get in contact with SOMEONE/ANYONE for over 2 weeks and the trip is in 6 days! I even left an email with my phone number attached. Nothing.

I am highly disappointed with the service provided for a refund cheque that was to be issued to my elderly father and step mother. My father suffered a stroke 1 week before his scheduled flight to Belize. I informed the travel agency, who then advised me to contact AA to find out if there were any grounds for a refund. I initiated the refund request, spoke to the representatives and provided all the paperwork to AA. The agency did nothing to assist me with this process but provide me with American Airlines number. The fare was refunded, however Martour wants to charge my father a $50.00 service charge for services rendered. Which they did not provide and services but issue a cheque. Ask for full disclosure when dealing with this agency.
