Erica has been nothing short of incredible. Due to Covid, our plans were changed not once but twice and both times I worried to tell her that all her hard work would have to now be adjusted. Her reaction, both times, was a resounding, "No problem, we've got this!" and back to the drawing board she went. Erica is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She responds incredibly promptly, even on weekends which of course is not at all expected. You can feel the passion for her job through the computer screen. I would recommend her without measure to anyone who asks. She is top spot as my go-to agent for all of mine and my family's travel needs!
