Without Clarissa and her group of dedicated volunteers, Harvest Share would not be running! She inspires others to put those in the community first and come together as a team to help. It is a welcoming place that puts the needs of others first! It's too bad the executive director was okay with closing it when COVID-19 started. Blatant time theft and overall mis-management from the director, it was clear this job was less about the community and more about her ego. Looks like the community needs to keep a bit more accountability to management to ensure that it runs with the best intentions for the community instead of the best for the executive director.
