I had a flat tire and purchased a new tire to replace it with. Through no fault of their own I had purchased the wrong tire. Turns out my winter rim size is different than the manufacturer recommends. The garage they collaborate with for the install/repairs was excellent as well. It took a bit of followup and a delay (due to being very busy but hence 4 stars) but the owner was very nice, polite and very good at trying to find a solution that would be best for us both. He was also happy to switch to English when I struggled to explain something in French. Excellent Customer Service over the telephone. And I would recommend.

I have an old car and was looking for used tires because I'm not sure how long my car will last. I came in and the service was excellent. They had extremely reasonable prices and they gave me good advice in choosing the best tires for my car. They were so helpful nice, it was actually a pleasure to get my winter tires installed. Even though they were used tires, they are in great shape and I am really happy with them. We just moved to the area so this was our first time here but we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately one of the rocking weights on one of the wheels fell when I returned home (it can happen sometimes and it is not the fault of the garage). After a simple discussion with the owner on the phone and a couple of minutes later I was back in the garage and they fixed the problem in a couple of minutes and I left immediately with a smile and a good handshake from the from the boss of the garage. Life is not perfect but once again I recommend all of you this garage, but don't forget to make an appointment before going to see them !! J’ai été très satisfait du service courtois et bien informé sur leurs produits. Leurs prix sont juste et le temps d’exécution du travail a été très vite (moins de 30 minutes). Pour rendre l’attente plus agréable ils ont même mis des divans dans la salle d’attente. Merci à toute l’équipe et au plaisir de vous revoir en saison prochain! UPDATE 24/11/2017: Je suis retourné une deuxième fois cette fois-ci avec mon 4x4 pour y faire installer mes nouveaux pneus All Terrain homologué pour l’hiver et une fois sur place ils ont respecté mon heure pour mon rendez-vous. Encore une fois le travail a été effectué dans un temps très respectable pour l’ouvrage demandé (poser et balancer 5 pneus avec changement des valves et brossage des jantes plus application d'un scellant en moins de 45 minutes) et bien fait. Malheureusement un des poids de balancement sur une des roues a tombé lors de mon retour à la maison (cela peut arriver parfois et ce n’est pas la faute du garage). Après une simple discussion avec le proprio au téléphone et une couples de minutes plus tard j’étais de retour au garage et ils ont réparé le problème en une couples de minutes et je suis aussitôt reparti avec un sourire et une bonne poigné de main de la part du patron du garage. La vie n’est pas parfaite mais encore une fois je vous recommande tous ce garage, mais oubliez pas de prendre votre rendez-vous avant d’aller les voir!!

I went and had brand new tires installed 2 weeks ago by this shop. When I called for a price, the employee told me it would be $40 to mount and install my 4 wheels. I was charged $40 before the installation, and then halfway through, the manager came to see me and informed me that it would be an additional $20 due to his employee giving me the wrong price. The job also took 45 minutes, no tire job should take more then 30. So I payed $20 more then I was originally told. Since then, 3 out of 4 tires have went flat due to improper installation. This is the opinion of my regular garage. I'm fully expecting the 4th tire to go flat aswell. It's fully possible that this was an error on the shop's part or possibly the mechanic's part. Either way, I'm very upset at fact that this has now brought me twice to the garage to have this problem resolved.
