1st appointment ever for a tattoo which I was actually excited. I took it with some nice piercing lady on Tuesday she was friendly and helpful. I showed up with my kid for the consultation and I'm waiting for someone to tell that I'm expect but clearly nobody care I was there. So I started saying hello (several times) and a French guy came to tell me the artist is not there (went out for something to eat-at same time my appointment). He said it's barely 2.31pm to calm down, to seat and wait... So I ask how so nobody welcome the customer (I mean it's customer service 101) he said he didn't saw me, when clearly I was the only customer there waiting. Also the receptionist was out for lunch and then he said I was agressing him simply because I ask a legitimate question. I did mentioned the fact his French that probably that's why he misunderstood my question. I wasn't pointing at him but he clearly took it very personal.Then him and the other"artists" started laughing because of what I said that I should wait outside since it was a sunny day (personally it's extremely rude and unprofessional attitude towards a 1st time customer). Thanks for wasting my time and realize customers are clearly NOT important for your business. Finally, I like to add that I have many French friends and none of them are rude as you. I have friends from several ethnicities too. I come myself from Mexico and clearly I'm better educatate since I had the chance to grow up surrounded by different cultures. Thanks for keeping me from doing business with ppl like you.

My friend and I called in on Friday because we decided a good way to end our day of adventuring was to get tattoo's. We were lucky enough that Tattoo Lounge happen to have a cancelation so they took us right away (s/o here to the super sweet girl at the front desk who was rly nice on the phone). The place was well decorated and was extremely clean.The guy who did our tattoo's goes by Bobby Moustache and he was also super nice and did an awesome job! We're both SO happy with our little impromptu tatt's. We both got minimal/line drawing art but by the looks of his insta he usually does really fun and colourful things that look dope too. 15/10 recommend this place.

My tattoo artist was Melina Van der Werf. I told her my vision and she made a pair of amazing custom pieces in less than a week. Did two sessions of 3ish hours for each of the pair of tattoos. Super professional, really friendly and nice person! The tattoos were a pair of cosmic Hermes wings and she was able to reproduce two different nebulas within the feathers of the wings. Really incredible pair. 100% recommend if you want a colour oriented tattoo. She is incredible!

I felt comfortable at tattoo lounge because the place is clean, however I think they could do well with putting up dividers between tattoo stations especially now with corona virus. Overall my experiences have been so so. I've gotten two tattoos that I'm pretty happy with from Gerome Malsapper. But neither experience was particularly special, he rushed and I didn't find him all that pleasant. He doesn't even acknowledge you when he sees you walk into the shop, even if you wave at him. Or like, I've arrived whileswhile he was outside smoking a cigarette and said hi and he just doesn't say hello. What's up with that.... Anyway I asked him to design me a shoulder cap tattoo with a snake and some flowers fairly similar to some pieces I'd seen on his instagram. He had me come into the shop so we could talk about the design which involved a small coverup of an old tattoo. We talked about the design for not even 10 minutes and then set an appointment for two weeks later. He said he would contact me with his sketches during those two weeks. He contacted me the day before our appointment to post pone cause he said he hadn't had much time to do the design. I said no problem ,so we rescheduled for the following week. Two days before our appointment he sent me some very minimal sketches which I approved and I gave him further direction to complete the design. When I went in for our appointment he still had not completed the design. I ended up just having him retouch a ten year old tattoo that was faded so that all the time I spent going back and forth with him wasn't a complete waste. I no longer have any desire to give this person money to permanently alter my body. After he finished my touch up and I paid he even mentioned how he was going to finish the design... I knew full well he had no intention of doing this. Meanwhile two weeks later I haven't heard from him and I'm pretty sure I never will which is absolutely fine because I would rather be tattooed by someone who acts like a professional and doesn't waste people's time.

Had an appointment with “Bobby Moustache” for an inner forearm tattoo, basic design with a few colors. Showed up and waited 45 minutes because my design wasn't ready - whatever, no big deal. I told him that my budget was between $300-$400. I did the outline in my first appointment and decided to wait because I was “90% sure I wanted to add some color”. I paid 340 and tipped 60 for this work. When I went in two weeks later, Bobby told me the colors would be an extra $120. He even said that if he had just done the colors in one sitting, I would have paid the same. Thanks for telling me that now, not when I was already in your chair! Adding color took 10 minutes, and the original tattoo only took 45 minutes in the first place. I felt this was a very dishonest way of going about getting some extra money out of a client, and as a result I can assure I won’t be back.

the receptionist was rude and condescending, i came in to buy jewelry and get it changed and i was pressured into getting something i wasn't so sure of to begin with. when she changed my septum ring she kept trying to force itin and it hurt but when i would tell her it hurt she wouldn't stop until i had to actually say it in a louder, firmer way, and i had teared up. she then kept giving me excuses as to why she couldn't get it right. to top it all off it was cash only but the sign is hidden behind other trinkets on the desk and i should have been advised of it before she put the jewelry in my nose. all in all it was abysmal customer service, she didnt respect what i wanted, she was pushy and she hurt me.

Une expérience que je regrette sincèrement je déconseille fortement d’aller là bas.

Went to Montreal for my birthday weekend with my fiancé and we wanted to get tattoo's spontaneously. We walked by Tattoo Lounge a few times throughout our stay and then decided to go walk over one afternoon to see if they had time for walk-ins. We explained to the woman at the front what we wanted and then she went to grab the artist to speak to us. We had a lovely woman named Melina tattoo both of us. My fiancé and I both got small things - He got one and I got two. Took about 30 minutes for myself and 15 for my fiancé. Price was very reasonable and Melina did a fantastic job.
