My first five shirts that I ordered from Lingo Luxe Bespoke (one of them pictured here) arrived perfectly packaged and perfectly cut to my measurements. The quality, patterns, and accents really made them stand out and I received comments and compliments almost immediately. So, I ordered more...and more. I'm now the proud owner of 20 Lingo Luxe shirts and wear them almost exclusively. Having them on my body, and seeing the reactions of friends, family, and total strangers creates a fashion confidence I never thought I had. I'm now the "snappy dresser" at work, and I love it. My friends and I came across this pop-up shop in Yorkville and were not disappointed. We met the owner, Andrew, who was very passionate about his line and you could tell he was a perfectionist. I saw some items that were beautiful and I knew they would be the perfect gift for my boyfriend. I almost didn't buy one item - this unique velvet bowtie - because I didn't think it would fit. Andrew reassured me they could adjust the strap if need be afterwards to any size since his line is about custom shirts, suits, etc. What surprised me the most is they seemed to care about your experience AFTER your purchase. A fantastic experience! I recently went to a trunk show for Lingo Luxe Bespoke that was held in the party room of an upscale condo near Bloor West Village. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked into the room to the moment I received my order at my doorstep for a dress shirt fully tailored exactly how I wanted! What made this experience worth sharing? The Personal Touch – being greeted right away with a handshake, an open invitation to refreshments alongside Andrew’s patience, knowledge of the product and dedication to getting everything right the first time. The presentation – there was two large rooms very carefully laid out and well organized which made it very easy to find colours and patterns. The Service – the Lingo Luxe team was very attentive and spent a great deal of time listening to my wants, making recommendations and really going the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. I also received a follow up email the next day following the show thanking me for my business, confirming my order and details on when I might expect my shirt at my door. I particularly liked how I was informed every step of the way and they did everything they said they would! The Product - Fits better than any other tailored dress shirt I have previously owned and is fully customized right down to the button colours and personalized monograms! I have worn this shirt out for special occasions 3 or 4 times and continue to receive compliments and questions about where I got it. In one word "Amazing"... Prior to Lingo, I would usually purchase my shirts off the rack. I would often find these shirts did not fit well. My Lingo shirts are perfectly tailored to me, I have never had shirts that fit so well. When I wear my shirts I always get compliments. Lingo is the best clothing solution I have ever experienced. I have gone to what I believed were custom clothing companies in the past only to be disappointed with quality, time frame and service. I have used 3 bespoke clothing companies over the past 10 years and I can confidently say that Lingo Luxe is the most incredible. Getting clothing made just for you is a luxury and it should be a treat that feels like it. Lingo Luxe provided that feeling from start to finish. The first step in the process was far more personal than any I've experienced. I wasn't one of 50 guys crammed into a rented hotel suite quickly being measured and picking fabric and designs and waiting my turn - they came to my house! Andrew looked at my closet and made great suggestions based on what suits me, what will work for my job and what will compliment clothing I already owned. That alone was worth it. Once you add to that the fact that the clothing is superior in every way from every other suit or shirt I've ever owned (be it Boss, ZZegna, Canali etc) I can't see myself every using another bespoke service. When the product arrived, it came just as ordered and the extra features, like the tie loop on the shirts to prevent tie-slippage, multi-coloured buttons on the suits sleeve, and the different coloured inner collar and inner button placket make the outfits unique and so stylish. The garment bag is a real treat as well if you order enough clothing - which I strongly recommend. Can't wait for next time!
