Fast and gentle Secretary (Norma). Very kind, caring and well behaved Doctor. Went to her for a potentially mole removal surgery with our complicated insurance system, not the usual Medicare system. Both Norma, her secretary and Dr. Pavlin were very sweet, understanding and fast.
